Yes he can. Judges can't do what he is doing. If he has a complaint he should make it. Getting information on people just to do a fishing expedition is wrong. He plans to release the agents names to the public so trump's supports can try and intimidate them. All he need is to find out that one voted democrat, gave to a democrat's election, supported one , is friends with one. Belongs to any kind of group that he can brand as woke, BLM, NAACP or some such. They could go to the same church and Jordan will twist that. This has nothing to do with seeking justice.
