BUT, 

Q:what kind of ADA doesn't know who the owner of a blog is?

A: One who is not being honest with the judge

The fishing expedition had nothing to do with who owned the blog.  Caught with her panties down, Draquel The Fracker had to back track and come up with a lame excuse!

Heck, I'd do better handling the case and I'm not a lawyer.  

The case was: Clerk Ed Finn attacking a senior citizen at City Hall who was investigating a sex crime alleged between a varsity coach and the daughter of the mayor, allegedly, all hushed up, allegedly, to steal an election from the popular Bob Penta.
