Just Sent to Breanna Lungo-Koehn - Saturday 11:45 am August 3 2019

It is very frustrating that (2017 Mayoral candidate) David McKillop didn't use this hard-earned information that I uncovered.

Breanna Lungo-Koehn needs to point out how unqualified Mrs. Burke was to make decisions regarding Conflict of Interest when she didn't even take the exam until I got an Appeal File # on August 28th, 2017, Mrs. Burke taking the exam on August 29th, Joe Viglione forcing her hand.

Darn, if Breanna would ONLY fight as hard as I do for the residents of Medford...Breanna could actually become Mayor

On August 28th re: Conflict of Interest / Open Meeting Law the Sec of State wrote me with a file #

On August 29th Stephanie Burke took the conflict of interest online study

Mr. McKillop has GOLD here.  Especially since as Director of Personnel Stephanie Muccini-Burke was quite familiar with the rules

Why did she intentionally ignore this?

Mr. McKillop has to take the gloves off

I am doing a LOT of heavy lifting.  Utilize this hard work and honest effort

Part II

Two documents were received in the mail today (Sept 1, 2017) from the Medford city solicitor's office --- 3 photos enclosed

August 29, 2017 the  mayor took the online training course for Conflict of Interest Law allegedly only after my public records request.

See the documents below regarding Mrs. Burke, the mayor of Medford.

Isn't it a conflict of interest for Mrs. Burke to air her own video in July on the government channel denying the city council that airtime?

Burke knew thousands of people tune in for the council.  I have a DVD from the high school of Mayor Burke's performance.  She needs a vocal coach, desperately!

Too bad we can't go to the Trade Commission on this...or can we?

Oh, by the way, on September 1, 2016, a year ago today, I made an objection in Somerville District Court and the judge threw the city solicitor off the witness stand for testimony that was "irrelevant"

My dear old friend Mark E. Rumley was - as usual - assassinating me from the witness stand, ho hum, we've been to this rodeo before.  The Honorable Judge Yee was so kind that I let him throw the bucket of water to melt Mr. Rumley's character assassination.  It was a thing of beauty.  Happy Anniversary, Mark!
