PART 1
Missing Medford Money:
The Neil Zolot article in the Medford Transcript leads off with: "Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn is on the case. The mayor recently addressed
concerns by city officials about money missing from parking fees
intended for business district improvements."
posted 7:16 am Tuesday morning (2-4-2020)
So why do we need a photo of Michael Marks?
When
the odds are against you with the McGlynn and Muccini-Burke
administrations, it was THEN that your constituents needed you to get
up, make a declaration, fight both mayors by demanding answers, file
public records requests if you had to, show the citizens that they have a
fighter in city hall.
Sadly,
Mr. Marks is more concerned about thirty thousand dollars he doesn't
earn, NOT about his constituents. And right now he's the best of the
seven councilors that you've got. How sick is that? Michael believes
that he earns that money. But if you want to have a debate at the city
council on this, Mr. Marks, choose the date and time. Want to go into a
court of law and we can both argue if you've done your job?
It's
an argument the community needs...and my facts, figures and
intelligence without Adam Knight ripping paper up to cause distractions,
because Knight's lack of intelligence is only matched by his lack of
true effort on behalf of the Medford community.
Two Hundred Thousand Dollars a year for Mr. Marks to tell you that the city is bleeding money...
Please do some simple math:
---if
this writer got you the L'Italien report with Mark Rumley kicking and
screaming like it was a tug of war; if this writer got documents from
the high school and police department city government didn't want to
give up. then - perhaps - my observation that Medford would run better
without a city council should be discussed.

George
Scarpelli mouthed off in the Patch about oh how upset he was at
MassDOT. For 30K a year Marks and Scarpelli should have been screeching
from the steeples that their constituents were getting ripped off.
But they didn't. Mr. Scarpelli chose not to sit himself down at MassDOT and not leave until he got answers.
I
filed Public Records requests to get information for the citizens, the
responsibility of Marks, Scarpelli, Falco, Knight, Caraviello (and Dello
Russo.) The one person astute enough to look into things, like a gun
magazine at a school, is now mayor. And that's the difference between
taking positive action or blowing hot air.
MassDOT
sent me a link to keep an eye on the public records request. Why is a
reporter potentially getting the information Scarpelli whines about?
And do you want to pay a whiner 30K a year...that's the operative
question, isn't it?
Back
in the days when Mr. Marks was aligned with Paul Camuso and Fred Dello
Russo I titled Marks "the circus barker." Well, you can't teach old
dogs new tricks and ruff ruff ruff...Michael is out there barking
again. But always up the wrong tree. Giving his paw, rolling over, but
not doing a damn thing for the city of Medford.
The
mayor will take care of this, Mr. Marks, thank you very much (not!)
While Adam Knight is congratulating people and offering condolences or
shuffling paper, the city goes to hell in a hand basket. This is not
said lightly: evaluating this particular city council
there is much waste, ineffectiveness and foolish behavior.
Michael
Marks looking for a quarter of a million dollars at a time when we have
a new mayor who doesn't really need his help is just typical of what to
expect from the 7 members of the Medford city council.
So shut the darn thing down.
Every
time Adam Knight blows a birthday kiss to some unknown member of the
Medford community, I feel that THAT is compensation fraud, abuse of city
council time to patronize voters. Shameful.
PART 2
IS COMPENSATION FRAUD RAMPANT IN MEDFORD?
Now
that we've uncovered 27 "untrustworthy" (read, blacklisted and
fraudulent) officers of the outlaw, they probably all drink at the Crazy
Horse Saloon with some Aerosmith groupie, Back in the Saddle Again...
(Yes, I named the groupie in the song; Steven Tyler knows where to cop a
riff when it's a good one, and I come up with lots of good ones...)
...now that we've exposed them like Ken Krause re-naming himself Ken
Iowa because it's time for a vote... let's take a look at two similar
matters:
---compensation fraud alleged by employees and staffers of the last administration
---the
missing Medford Community Cablevision monies that the Attorney
General's office will be giving me information on this week or next
So
letters have been flying in to my mailbox about staffers allegedly
leaving early, not showing up at all, at Medford City Hall under the
Muccini-Burke administration that Mr. Krause thinks was oh so
wonderful. Kenny boy, they weren't!
Under Muccini-Burke there were some serious allegations of some compensation fraud. Mayor Lungo-Koehn needs to watch staffers like
a hawk that this purported practice is NOT going on and, hopefully, is
just a rumor. The confidential informant was so adamant about things that, well, staffers coming and going and getting paid for it did not seem like a stretch.
Jack Buckley, here's your defense: two wrongs don't make a right but compensation fraud may have been rampant in Medford under McGlynn and Muccini-Burke - that's the allegation.
PART 2 - CONTINUED
COMPENSATION FRAUD BY THE POLICE, WHAT ABOUT STAFFERS AT MEDFORD CITY HALL?
WHAT'S
good for the goose is good for the Osborne, and enough to get your
dander up. (If Marks got his gander up, that would be a male goose and
he'd need to find Paul Donato to goose him again ...if Donato's busy
with his other geese, Michael will have to settle for his dander...(lose
one's temper..."if this doesn't have get my dander up!")
ALLEGED COMPENSATION FRAUD? WHAT ABOUT THIS,
WRITTEN BACK IN MAY OF 2019...RUMOR AND ALLEGATION DEPT.
Why is Neil Osborne tweeting out nonsense about Mayor Burke while he is supposed to be fielding civil rights issues?
Rather than stop councilors from harassing multiple seniors in Alden chambers, Osborne was busy busy busy trying
to get the highly flawed former mayor back in office...
The particular post on Osborne's Twitter account was placed at 3:11 pm on May 29, 2019 - a Wednesday afternoon.
Was Mr. Osborne at work promoting the mayor instead of doing his job?
Is
a violation of the conflict of interest law? I don't know...I'm just
asking... do we want all city hall employees promoting the mayor on
company time in this fashion?
How many more of these are we going to find by how many taxpayer-funded employees. Your taxes are going up again...
May 29, 2019 3:11 pm Osborne "campaigning" for Mrs. Burke allegedly on Company Time
NOT ACCEPTABLE Osborne re-tweeting:
To wrap it up:
1)Marks
and Scarpelli are all bluster and no substance. They weren't there when
past administrations ripped us off, it's all for facetime in the
newspapers now
2)Go find the missing TV3 monies, Mr. Marks. You haven't put ANY effort into that. Why?
3)Neil Osborne - your Tweets reflect Ken Krause's ill-advised and phony letter praising Muccini-Burke.
For what, Kenny? Jack Buckley and Dr. Marice Edouard-Vincent? That's like praising Alan Dershowitz for
associating with O.J. Simpson and allegedly Jeffrey Epstein. Jack Buckley's Oct 1 2019 council speech will live in infamy.
Superintendent Edouard-Vincent is Roy E. Belson in drag when we needed change.
Well, Rumley's gone. 1 snake down, many more to go!
