Missing Medford Money: Neil Zolot article in the Medford Transcript leads off with: "Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn is on the case. The mayor recently addressed
concerns by city officials about money missing from parking fees
intended for business district improvements." posted 7:16 am Tuesday morning (2-4-2020)

So why do we need a photo of Michael Marks?
George
Scarpelli mouthed off in the Patch about oh how upset he was at
MassDOT. For 30K a year Marks and Scarpelli should have been screeching
from the steeples that their constituents were getting ripped off.
But they didn't. Mr. Scarpelli chose not to sit himself at MassDOT until he got answers.
I
filed Public Records requests to get information for the citizens, the
responsibility of Marks, Scarpelli, Falco, Knight, Caraviello (and Dello
Russo.) The one person astute enough to look into things, like a gun
magazine at a school, is now mayor. And that's the difference between
taking positive action or blowing hot air.
Back
in the days when Mr. Marks was aligned with Paul Camuso and Fred Dello
Russo I titled Marks "the circus barker." Well, you can't teach old
dogs new tricks and ruff ruff ruff...Michael is out there barking
again. But always up the wrong tree.
