The Case against Richard F. Caraviello, Medford Police and the District Attorney

The case will be filed soon.

The new attorney was recently hospitalized, however, this case will move forward and soon.

This is what the city of Medford engages in to attempt to silence citizens who only seek transparency, the public's right to know, and the public's right to live peacefully without bullying and harassment.

Keep in mind what Cheryl Voight said about Michael Marks, William Carr and Paul Camuso...that they were "bullies" and that the court said they couldn't be that.  See the Voight case below.

1)After the Middlesex Assistant District Attorney rested her case at my jury trial, the Court directed that a verdict of not guilty be entered" 

2)The judge found that there were no grounds to bring the case

3)They were not working within the framework of the law

4)They said that a witness was a witness forever (expanded the
case)

5)(The police detective said) Even though a case is closed it could be reopened and you
remain a witness (for six years or so)There’s no provision in the law for that

6)In order for harassment, they were working on a novel theory of witness intimidation to keep (their victim, me) within the criminal justice system 

7)That expansive vision of what witness intimidation included
