"...the English Judge William Blackstone said "better that ten guilty persons escape than one innocent suffer. 

   I am sad to say that in the case of Caraviello vs the editor our system fell far short of that standard.   

This court can never repay you for the months you were harassed by Caraviello and Finn’s lies to the police. 

I can only apologize for this gross miscarriage of justice which made you a victim of ADA FRaquel Risadi (we call her the Fracker, because her actions are so dangerous getting little, if any, results!)
