On Thursday, May 7, 2020 after 7:30 p.m. the Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on the following cases…..
4000 Mystic Valley Parkway (Case #40B-2020-01) – Continued from April 30
Applicant, MVP Mystic LLC is petitioning for a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40B for a multi-family eight (8) story apartment development located on approximately three (3) acres of land at 4000 Mystic Valley Parkway. This proposal will be developed as an approximately three-hundred and eighty (380) unit rental apartment building containing a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with 95 (25% of the total units) of them being designated as affordable housing to low-or moderate-income households.
