Rather than wait for the public records request response on how many people applied for the 911 job, I've edited this "Letter to the Editor" from a confidential infomant. Though the individual posted a relative of a woman hired I made the decision to remove it because a coffee shop is not "nepotism" in my mind, and I thank our readers for their feedback yesterday. The amount of money asked for in regards to dispatchers is on this Real Medford Mass Politics page and a member seemed outrage by the sum. When I get the records request back I will essay further on this issue from my pen, not someone else's.
