Dear Rep Donato,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!  I was bullied again last night by the new TV station, this time by its new manager, Kevin Something.

We have to call the bully Kevin Something as he refused to give his full name and slammed the phone in my ear.
The ear of a disabled senior citizen.

With OUR REVOLUTION having you on their dartboard as the #1 target for 2022, this concerns your seat at
the table as well.

Thank you for being on my TV show some years back.  We have created a document of an elected official discussing
the community.  That is so key.    Do you know Michael Day?  When Mr. Day was a candidate before he was elected
I invited him in to the studio to talk about life.   That is the essence of Public Access TV.  He may not have won
that year, but my skill at interviewing and my outreach got Mr. Day's name out there, and he eventually did win.

This veteran producer, with his first radio show on WCUW Worcester in 1978 and his first TV show in 1979
on Day Street in Somerville - is coming to you, again, to request that you tell the mayor in no uncertain terms
that the bullying, discrimination, retaliation and the alleged copyright infringement and piracy (FBI take note) allegedly
going on at Medford Community Media must stop immediately.

The late Dr. William Wood, the late Johnny Byers, they were denied access TV in Medford.
That is so wrong.  YOU, Mr. Donato, were denied access.  But Johnny and Bill are no longer
with us. They passed away being snubbed and ridiculed and denied access TV.

This is the rule, not the exception, in Medford and it must STOP NOW!

This journalist, along with a former city councilor and a minority woman called the "n" word
at TV 3 (I heard them use it as well,) we took down the old TV3.

Without me, there would still be that awful horrible TV3 defaming you and every other politician
on the air, not with criticism and First Amendment privilege, but with lies.

Yet three members of that horrible group, still not held accountable by the Attorney General's office
for the missing monies and malfeasance (two of the current MCM members were TV3 board members; current scarecrows
keeping people out because the public doesn't want to deal with the unethical Arthur Deluca and the other
two - Deluca pals around with a terrorist; a crazed woman that I had to get four years of protection from
in Somerville District Court) bringing their bad karma from the old TV station to the new one.

This, of course, is Breanna Lungo Koehn's problem, isn't it?  Keeping Mayor Muccini-Burke's stale
leftovers in power so that nothing changes in Medford.  Mr. Falco is cut from the same cloth, so
nothing will change with today's election, win - lose - or draw.

WITH JOE VIGLIONE AS STATION MANAGER IN 2005, SIXTEEN YEARS OF MEDFORD
HISTORY WOULD HAVE BEEN SAVED.  SPORTS, COOKING SHOWS, THE MEDFORD LANDSCAPE

Denying me access to the access station; censorship and bullying, has hurt Medford.
And that, Mr. Donato, is something that you understand full well.

As you also know, in 2005, I applied for the job of station manager.  I had operated two AM radio stations,
AM 1670 in 2000 and AM 1570 WNSH in 1992, while I was consultant to the program director, advertising rep,
and producer at WCGY, 93.7 FM Curt Gowdy's station.  Imagine the membership we would have now,
and all the Medford history that this popular historian would have preserved.

Of course because of the board of director shenanigans at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., and
the financial embarrassment to the city of Medford - and the failure of the Medford police to bring those
individuals to justice, we have had no radio station (Superintendent Roy Belson actually had one, and allegedly lost it,)
no TV station (this election year it was abysmal as they can't seem to hold on to their deficient managers, from Ben
"What? Me Worry?" Brown (now at MGM) to Pat "I Have no Vision" Gordon, now in Everett) - there is no outreach
and no real membership that benefits the Medford community.  The way the irascible Adam Knight and Rick
Caraviello want it.  The great Charlie Shannon must be spinning.

Mr. Gordon had no vision at the TV station.

The other problem with Mr. Gordon is that he came from Georgetown Mass.  Another out-of-city
phony like David Rodrigues that Ms. Lungo-Koehn seems to embrace.  What a waste of mileage,
time, and a contributing factor to holding Medford back.  To Medford's detriment.

We all know that it was Mayor Michael J. McGlynn who allowed the wrongful conduct to fester at TV3
Medford, whatever Mike's reasons were, they were very bad for Medford.  His successors, Stephanie
Muccini-Burke and Breanna Lungo-Koehn, were and are clueless about access TV needs, and have fumbled the
ball hideously.

And I've contributed to the Lungo-Koehn campaign in 2021, but as you know, I pull no punches,
contributor or not.

Medford needs my kind of no-nonsense, call it as I see it leadership.  And Medford balks at it,
fears it.

I respectfully ask for you to intervene and get me on the air.

The bullying and the censorship has to stop.

You need to fight the Bears in the woods and on the city council!  Forget the woods, let us
concentrate on the growling incompetent currently on the city council.

Doing the right thing and letting Access flourish, starting with this veteran and proponent
of public access TV, will show that you really do care about elders and children being
bullied.

We need your help, Rep Donato.

Respectfully

Joe Viglione

PATRICK GORDON LEFT FOR EVERETT
SAID TO THE TRANSCRIPT THERE WAS A GAP BETWEEN STATION MANAGERS

THERE ALWAYS IS in Medford...at the Government controlled access station.

HAD JOE VIGLIONE BEEN HIRED IN 2005 WE'D HAVE ONE OF THE BEST ACCESS STATIONS IN AMERICA

Given that MCM is only a year old, Gordon has a big job ahead of him – but that’s part of why he signed up for it. So far, he has been busy meeting city officials, talking to the producers of public access shows and getting acclimated to the equipment at the studio.

“There’s been a gap between the last station manager and myself, so there’s been a lot of trying to figure out what was done before [and] why it was done that way,” Gordon said. “It’s going to take some time.”

Nonetheless, Gordon hopes that community members will recognize his forward-thinking vision for MCM and look past the previous controversies and conflicts associated with the former public access station, TV3.

“I don’t know about what was in the past. I do hear a lot of TV3 rumblings, but that doesn’t matter to me,” he said. “I’m here now, and there’s all this possibility.”
