Being rude to this person over the years.
Mayor McGlynn ripped up the contract DeLuca and his cronies had with the city...and the AG's office says LAW ENFORCEMENT COULD BE IMPEDED if they discuss the matter.
That is clear violation of the policies and procedures by DeLuca and reason he must be banned from Medford Community Media.
I will be fighting this one to its conclusion!
The mayor, as issuing authority, needs to look into the complaint as well as the policies and procedures.
The AG's office says that "law enforcement" could be impeded.
EXHAUSTIVE AND LENGTHY COMPLAINT LETTER ON PATRICK GORDON JUST SENT TO THE COUNCIL AND THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK.
GORDON IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND IT IS ALL SPELLED OUT IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS.
WE NEED A MEDFORD HISTORIAN, NOT SOME PERSON FROM GEORGETOWN. 31 MILES AWAY FROM MEDFORD, EVIDENCE SHOWS GORDON DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT MEDFORD

A SMALL PART OF THE VERY LENGTHY LETTER:
We need to hold him responsible for the missing audio, whether or not it was his fault, he is uploading it - ostensibly, the alleged
failure to replay the 1-28-2020 show, the failure to edit out 11 minutes of dead air space. Seventy Thousand Dollars should not be given to someone who fails to do the job. Compensation fraud by the Medford Police? Same thing with the station manager in my opinion.
