To the Citizens of Medford,
Lack of Clarity with important OPEN MEETINGS on the 13th of March by unscrupulous city clerk, Ed Finn.
Ed Finn does not understand that he is paid to be a public servant.
This week's City Council notice contains two alerts regarding a 5:30 pm and 6 pm Committee of the Whole

Simply
no clarification of what is contained in each PDF, that there's a 5:30
pm and a 6 pm meeting, as sloppy via e mail as the slovenly, violent
clerk is at the council, when he's not half-falling asleep in concert
with Fred Dello Russo Jr. who IS asleep, reclining in his chair, not
giving a damn that he's on camera for all to see.
This
is not comedy, this is a serious situation that indicates the entire
Administration needs to be overhauled starting with an inept and
incompetent mayor, a city solicitor who is less than honest, Caraviello
and Knight unable to speak their native tongue, Michael Marks like a
deer in the headlights - in fact, Marks, Rumley and Dello Russo are only
alert when they are either throwing rocks at each other or belittling
the citizens they took an oath to serve.
Marks
is now yelling "cover up, cover up" when he voted to cover up the TV3
malfeasance for years, paying an ex board member for "advertisements,"
and now being sanctimonious...while he and his own city lawyer do battle
in public embarrassing themselves instead of working for the citizens.
So
Mark Rumley on the government channel belittling his client, Marks,
that he took an oath to serve, alleged city councilor Michael Marks, is
ethical? On what planet?
Never
forget that Marks was once aligned with Paul Camuso and Fred Dello
Russo, Jr. Mr. Marks hasn't found religion, he's just hiding in plain
sight because the coward couldn't stand up for the children 10/15/17
when Paul Donato played a strange sex game with him in front of two
small children and a student, two days after Jenna "Exile from Arlington
Catholic" was convicted of rape. Are you angry yet, Medford? You
should be, but Marks doesn't have the decency to apologize to the
citizens and resign, nor do Scarpelli, Falco, Dello Russo, Knight, just
shut the damn city council down, Caraviello is something to be proud of
stumbling and mumblin' on a weekly basis for 32K, a two hundred thousand
dollar waste of our money and our time. They are reprehensible.

Classless
Rumley will call this a "rant," the Donald Trump wannabe that he is,
but this matter is of utmost importance. Rumley's defensive posture has
worn thin and he's about as effective as a used prophylactic.
Time for you to step down, Mark, you have disgraced yourself and besmirched your family name.
We need public servants who serve the public; not ones who take the money and run.
That's why they hate an investigative reporter who has effectively put a spotlight on their wrongful conduct. That's why they allowed a repulsive ex-football player to beat up on a guitar player, and then have the police pervert justice to try to defame and drain funds from a citizen they took an oath to serve and protect.
Medford citizens face retaliation from vulgar phony public servants if we ask questions about their dirty dealings.
Here's Ed Finn's current handiwork (enclosed): the very flower of negligence and abuse.
We deserve better. Finn, Belson, Rumley should just resign and let the citizens choose people who give a damn about this city
