MANY DIFFERENT AUTHORITIES ARE GIVEN THE FACTS ABOUT THE UGLY BUS DRIVING INCIDENT ON 2/8/2020

PUBLIC SAFETY FIRST.

MEDFORD RESIDENTS AND THEIR SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT.


Let's put it this way, if the MBTA doesn't know that litigation is going to happen, then the MBTA needs new executives.

The T is a mess.   My car is being repaired, so we all have to take this obsolete system that is so broken, so irresponsible, so plagued with problems, bad drivers, bad decisions.

As with TV3, my factual reporting will have a positive impact.

Remember when a stalker taunted me that she was going to teach me about the "First Amendment," then broke the law and claimed she had family of lawyers and that she couldn't be touched?  That unbalanced and dangerous woman ended up with a 4 year HPO on her malicious head.

Remember when Mark Rumley was a bully and then tried to get Marian Ryan to help out vis-a-vis the L'Italien Report?  One citizen using the law put the bad city lawyer in his place.

The woman bus driver was just as wrong as those two flagrant examples.  The same principles used to take down malicious MCC TV3 Medford are used for the misconduct across the board... the abusive bus driver is no different and there is no place for a reckless bus driver on the Medford roadways blocking traffic and being a nuisance.

Imagine Dr. Rabies' nefarious online antics distilled into someone behind the wheel of a bus and you have an idea of what the illogical and unethical lying bus driver did.

My Response to a friend:

I have filed with multiple agencies and with higher-ups at the MBTA. They have no excuse but to fire her...just skipping out on a bus stop intentionally - which is the main part of her job - driving against wrong-way traffic lane, yelling at a senior citizen, stopping traffic because a customer told her that he's filing a complaint (witness intimidation) ...just so wrong on every single level. I am speaking to the MBTA tomorrow but I already contacted the State Police, the TSA, put in a public records request for the videotape that the bus is required to make by the TSA, she can lie about me, but the video will show that she was driving recklessly and leap-frogged the bus in front of her by driving in the wrong lane because she was in a hurry...then that she stopped the traffic flow on Locust St. - all those cars she blocked - because she got caught. THEN the customers that got off of her bus because she took their money and wouldn't drive them to their destination. Terrible...no way they can keep her with the facts, the video, my testimony, the photos.
