PLEASE NOTE: Before we can assist you, you must make your service provider aware of this issue by informing them of your dispute. If after contacting your service provider, this matter is resolved, please send an email to notify us that DTC’s assistance is not needed.

A DTC representative will be in contact with you regarding your email within 3-5 business days. If your matter is urgent and requires immediate attention, please call the DTC Consumer Hotline at 1-800-392-6066.  The Consumer Hotline operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
