13)William G. Farrell at Somerville District Court, he ballooned out easily 125 pounds or more and now looks like the fatman at the circus. Serves him right, pure karma, for failing to dismiss a case when TV3 failed to show up in court and then lying under oath when the TV3 attorney threatened to kill this writer and Farrell witnessed it. For permission, the court requires victims to go in front of a judge (Maurice Flynn) to get permission; Flynn granted me permission, I dragged fat Farrell into a hearing in front of the now head magistrate at Cambridge District Court, a decent guy, and Farrell took the oath and lied.
THEN Farrell got thrown under the bus AFTER his willful and malicious perjury when Mayor McGlynn's cousin by marriage turned to the magistrate and said "But wouldn't you want to kill him?" throwing Farrell's intentional perjury under the bus!
14)Felonious Coward Edward P. Finn, dirty bully and reprobate. Finn is so filthy dirty that the coward belted a senior citizen, had the police pressure the victim to drop the charges, then the police wrongfully, unethically and with malice aforethought resurrected the dropped charges to punish this writer for filing legal requests about some high school student allegedly banging the varsity coach and a complaint on her allegedly drunken old man who is a clerk magistrate who violated the canon of ethics. The bastard, allegedly so drunk every day that the police had to look for him to keep him FROM getting arrested (shades of Joe Sacco at the MBTA) calling me a "motherfucker" when I was working at the Chevalier taping a back up of the Great Debate, as a volunteer, because we had no access TV station
