Breanna Lungo Koehn, as Mayor, Has Proved to be Irresponsible with a dirty Council President in Richard F. Caraviello, a convicted felon as Vice Chair of the School Committee and police officers so disgusting and unruly (Covino, Faller, Mackowski) that they would abuse their authority and file false charges on a reporter, yet they let a felonious criminal like disgraced ex city clerk Ed Finn snub a SUBPOENA TO CRIMINAL COURT where Finn may have been investigated, arrested, tried and convicted for an ugly attack by that ex football player on a poet. Sick city, isn't it?
