Medford Housing Loses in Court; Lungo-Koehn Needs to Address Deficiencies and Corruption

It is scandalous that the press hasn't picked up on courageous Bonnie Curran defeating
Medford Housing Authority both at Civil Service and in the courtroom.

Bonnie Curran Prevails in Court
Before we get into the gravity of Medford Housing Authority's loss and disgrace, and
those selfless, honest efforts by Ms. Curran that the press is - oh so mysteriously - negligent
about addressing and publishing, let's look into the massive corruption that went on from
June 2009 to June 2011 ...the horrid 3 years and 1 month of ultra malfeasance under
Director Robert Covelle.
Disgraced Robert Covelle, brother-in-law to dishonest late sheriff James V. DiPaola, now
is "self-employed" (would you want to hire him?) with his Covelle & Covelle Accounting
in Stoneham, Mass. Reputed to be close to fallen-from-favor ex mayor Michael J. McGlynn,
Covelle and his wife, the equally disgraced and fined by ex AG Martha Coakley, Patricia Covelle,
were part of a system that damaged life in Medford, the citizenry suffering because of
untrustworthy individuals connected to a very powerful mayor and his despicable pal,
the Sheriff of Middlesex County, the late James V. DiPaola.
Without Curran's lawsuit and victories ...including appeal after appeal, the public would
never have a clue about how deep down the rabbit hole the corruption goes.
Disreputable and outgoing Medford City Council President Richard Caraviello appears to have
his unclean hands in the equation as well. We'll get to that later.
Three news stories are key here - and keep this in mind, the second time I met Martha Coakley
she was driving around with McGlynn. Rumor has it our meeting at Dempsey's in Haines Square
was on Channel 5 way back when discussing the TV station I shuttered in 2013, ultra corrupt
Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
That Coakley and McGlynn are purportedly "thick as thieves" should come as no surprise.
Mikey (McGlynn) was appalled that I got Martha's ear. Heck, gentleman that I am, I held
the door open for Martha My Dear circa 1999 at 40 Canal Street (the TV station.)
A lot more polite than Zed McLarnon who threatened to kill her
(Note to Martha: I Facebook unfriended McLarnon after that episode; he was recording engineer for Paul Winter Consort and yours truly ((my second album in Paris, Love and Flame, a pick-to-click in Billboard Magazine, which
was unusual as it was an import; so good that the late Roman Kozak gave it a great review in the USA, but I digress.)

BOSTON — The $295,160 remaining in former Middlesex County Sheriff James DiPaola’s campaign account will be
turned over to the state and his sister and campaign treasurer, Patricia Covelle,
will pay a $4,000 fine for campaign finance law violations under the terms of an agreement made
Martha Coakley gives Slap on the Wrist to Robert Covelle
Under an agreement with the Attorney General, Covelle admitted to failing to follow procurement procedures
during construction at public housing community LaPrise Village, and for several security contracts, according to a press release from Coakley's office.
Martha, darling, what is it with these love taps? Covelle deserved serious prison time
for betraying the public trust and harassing an employee or two.
The big rumor was that Martha called the hardline at
Bocelli's restaurant and allegedly told crooked Mike McGlynn
to get everything out of the MHA offices as she was about to
raid it! Allegedly, allegedly, allegedly.
It's called plausible deniability. Phoning on the hardline!
If true.
So that's why I have that photo of McGlynn's daddy's SUV
parked illegally across the street from Bocelli's .....ooops,
did I say that?

Now for some full disclosure, it was Bonnie Curran's hard work
and honest efforts that removed Bob Covelle and put the whisteblower sunshine light on the corruption at MHA, but I did play my little part.
Unethical ex city solicitor, Mark E. Rumley, lied to the public (again) that MHA was a "separate body politic." The Censorship King himself, Rumley, who never saw an oath of office or lawyer's oath that he didn't want to spit on jumped up to try to silence me from speaking at an MHA board meeting (much like Adam Knight and Rick Caraviello illegally do to me every week at the Medford City Council, those frauds!)
Like Dorothy throwing a bucket of water at the Wicked Witch I said "You (Rumley,) sit down." And like a spanked little school boy the Rum Rum had to obey (as much fun as when I had Judge Yee throw Rumley off of the Witness stand in Som Dist Court 9/1/16)
I then asked my dear old friend (I did like the guy,) the late
Gene McGillicuddy a pertinent question (Gene was former
president or VP of TV3 Medford, how we knew each other; nice old man, better than my drunk old uncle Gene, but I digress again)
Mike McGlynn's uncle said "Hi Joe. You know I'm the mayor's
father's sister's husband! (I didn't know; I thought he was some cousin that TV3 called "uncle Gene" to taunt him; McGlynn reportedly put his old uncle in to keep an eye on the corrupt board of directors that I shuttered in 2013; is your scorecard keeping a record of all this lunacy?)
Gene went on to explain that Governor Deval Patrick appointed him.
????? What (Methinks it was McGlynn's boyfriend Lt Gov Tim Murray, but like all those hardlines at Bocelli's, it is tough to prove!)
So I went to Governor Deval Patrick and within 2 weeks Uncle Gene was off the board.
My dear friend of FIFTY YEARS state Rep Paul Donato at first
was incredulous and didn't believe it was my doing. Then he figured it out. Paul, Paul, Paul...you used to be sharper than that!!! of course it was lil' ol me!

OK, guess I'm in enough trouble for one day, the
