It's been my personal experience that they spit at civil rights. All 7 members blocked me from speaking about their salaries that they vote on to deny you, the public, that information. Caraviello personally went after me. The councilor lied to the police and the judge and the jury and he lost. Perjury, lying to the police, and the clown and his council acted poorly at meetings. They are fraudulent and Morell, Caraviello and Knight stepping down - either of their own volition or forced out, is a good start.
