TV3 loses again. Huge story. Breaking News
On October 31, 2016, Halloween, a victim won against Alberg Financial's Harvey Alberg in Malden District Court.
Harvey Alberg has abused this editor for over a decade - on television with lies, with what are allegedly lies in an affidavit; with what appeared to be false comments to a judge in a court of law today.
They fail to show us the meeting minutes and the financial records - and if you investigate them, they come at you.
As I was walking to my car ten years ago,
October 2006, Alberg, Dawn Natalia, Paul Camuso and others ganged up on me, Alberg yelling his head off, the old buzzard.
In a court of law today, ten years later, Alberg LIED to the judge that he wanted to put my show on the air and was voted down. HE NEVER WANTED TO HELP PUT MY SHOW ON THE AIR...he is a jerk with multiple addresses.
The court now has a document showing that Mr. Alberg uses 625 High Street on a document for a 501c3.
Now if you have a legal claim against the board of directors of TV3, would you send the lawsuit to 5 High Street which Steve Marra used as a home address? Or 625 High Street - which doesn't even exist?
And Mr. Alberg wants a restraining order for a reporter writing the truth about TV3's wrongful conduct.
Didn't even have to go with the "Clean Hands Doctrine" in court as the judge threw the nonsense out.
