NASTY HARVEY ALBERG ABUSED THE PROCESS AGAIN.

---Why didn't the president of Alberg Financial tell the judge that he went on TV, abused the station with about 60 spins, saying he didn't want "young boys" around an innocent man, when one of Harvey Alberg's good friends was arrested for allegedly giving a 16 year old 3 beers?

---Why didn't Alberg Financial president Harvey Alberg tell the judge that he called an innocent man a "criminal" with a banner on TV3?

---Why was Alberg Financial's president not honest with the court claiming he met a man only "once" ten years ago when Alberg was waiting with his cohorts outside of city council chambers leering at a man; was on a board of directors that the man spoke to at a board meeting?  Why not be honest with the court?

---Why didn't Harvey Alberg explain to the judge that he was friendly with three people in a police report (that the court now has,) and other individuals who did harm to Alberg's victim?

The TV3 menace has to be concluded by the city solicitor and the office of the Attorney General.

Harvey Alberg, as a board member, had his wife running around yelling from the rooftops that "you don't really need access TV."

If that were true, why did her husband use paid staff to do his infomercial, "The Money Managers."

How can an individual give financial advice and file for bankruptcy at the same time?  It makes no sense.  It is nonsense.  Yet Medford residents had to listen to crazy "money manager" and "math man" ideas from board members who excluded SO MANY PEOPLE from Doreen to Chrissy to Allison to Matt H. to Chris D. to Pat F. to Johnny B to me and you and the lamp post.

The list of his victims go on and on and on.


WHY DIDN'T HARVEY ALBERG tell the judge that when he and Paul Camuso ganged up on me Harvey yelled "YOU HURT A LOT OF PEOPLE."

Instead, when we threw that back in Alberg's face, that line that he uttered, he went to court and tried to get a restraining order because this magazine told Alberg "YOU HURT A LOT OF PEOPLE."

That's right.  It came from Alberg's dirty lips.

Alberg was on a board of directors that voted to put 100k or so into malicious lawsuits.

Judge Singh found them violating the Anti-SLAPP statute.

Judge Lamothe DENIED their appeal.

Victory after Victory had Alberg and his cronies yelling that they had "won."

The Mayor, finally, had to rip the license away from them.

That's winning?

In Alberg's delusional mind, perhaps.

Today Harvey Alberg's malicious abuse of process was slapped down again.

HOWEVER, Judge Fitzgerald gave me permission to file against Harvey Alberg on or about October 13.

Because it is my belief that Alberg and three of his accomplices on that perpetually dissolving "board of directors" are out to get me.  

Yes, Dr. Rabies, you are one of the gang members.

I believe Mr. Alberg is a clear and present threat to my life

He has harassed this editor and disrupted my life for too long.

When my lawyer returns we shall discuss this matter. So help me God.

The judge gave me permission to file for an order of protection.   God knows I need one from those unprincipled individuals because this writer was asked BY the office of the Attorney General's Public Charities Division to continue to send them information on the ever dissolving 501c3.

There are lots of Dr. Rabies e mails that are in a package with a bow on them for the AG's office.
