The most recent Complete Streets project is located at the Winthrop Street rotary. This project includes reconstruction and extension of the sidewalks along High Street/Rural Avenue to increase safety for all users.
As part of the Complete Streets policy, projects are designed and implemented by the city to provide safety and accessibility for all users of our roadways and transit systems, including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit riders, motorists, emergency vehicles and for people of all ages and abilities.
