On October 26, 2017 I filed an open meeting law complaint on the Medford Commission for Persons with Disabilities http://www.mass.gov/.../open.../oml-pending-complaints.html
The city of Medford is not a welcoming community, it is all a front for the mayor's office.
People on the gravy train like Mr. Osborne turn a blind eye to discrimination and hate that goes on, subservient to those who have more power.
We desperately need charter change in the city of Medford, and the behavior that so many citizens have witnessed (or have been subjected to) in this political climate of the light shining on bullying and harassment in the workplace are DENIED the opportunity to report wrongful conduct.
Of course that's because the wrongful conduct in Medford is committed by those who wield the most power.

Osborne is a fraud. File a complaint with him on the elder abuse by
the Medford City Council and that clown sweeps it under the rug. Like
Rumley, Osborne is NOT concerned with justice, but his own bloated
paycheck. Sick and disgusting.

“It brings life, it brings energy and it brings diversity, so we are thrilled that they are willing to do this additional important task and still be students,” Osborne said.
