What Can You Do When Someone Allegedly Commits Perjury?

"THIS ASSERTION OF PERJURY WAS NOT PROVED TO HAVE BEEN FALSE" The Honorable Judge Timothy Gailey (when self-appointed MCC president Frank Pilleri lost the case for "Emotional Distress" he filed against a homosexual man Pilleri has had a long-time obsession with....had sued repeatedly, using cable TV subscriber monies, a fact that only came out at trial.    And Pilleri tried to whisper it into the microphone - a shameful moment - until he was forced to repeat it louder by the attorney for the person victimized by TV3.

Pilleri  - falsely - claimed the man, a (former) neighbor, broke up his marriage.

Pilleri, of course, lost the case he filed for "emotional distress" and the breakup of his marriage.
The key point here, other than the malicious abuse of process, was that when Pilleri had his day in court (about $100,000.00 of YOUR cable ratepayer subscriber fees abused by Mr. Pilleri - not to educate your kids - but to be hostile to television hosts Mr. Pilleri isn't fit to shine the shoes of) ...when Pilleri had his day in court, he could NOT prove that the accusation of PERJURY was false.  Do the simple math.

*This is an allegation based on the fact that a judge found that the assertion of perjury was not proved to have been false.

MCC Board members violated the anti-SLAPP statute three times in the 2 cases from a decade or so ago.

The office of the Attorney General's public charities division has specifically asked the editor of this news outlet to continue to give information we find about the board of TV3 and TV3 itself to their division.

Perjury is a criminal act that occurs when a person lies or makes statements that are not truthful while under oath. For example, if a person is asked to testify in a criminal proceeding and they are under oath but do not tell the truth, they can be charged with perjury if it is discovered that they have lied. By committing perjury, people partake in the miscarriage of justice and corrupt the legal process. As a result, perjury is considered a very serious criminal offense, even though most people who lie under oath do not consider it to be very serious.

When people commit perjury, they disrupt the legitimate discovery of truth.

For this reason, people who are charged with perjury may face a variety of severe legal ramifications if they are convicted. Some of these legal consequences may include having to spend time in jail, probation, or paying fines to the court. It can also interfere with their ability to obtain employment or security clearance, as they will be convicted of a crime of dishonesty.
