Out of 54 meetings, he has been in the building for 12, and on Zoom for 9, and that's counting the time his Zoom crapped out. He has been present for 21 out of 54 meetings.
He is not running for re-election, so I assume there is something that conflicts with his schedule. It seems like whatever the conflict is came up at the beginning of the year.
Frankly, he should have probably resigned. He certainly didn't campaign as someone that would attend <50% of meetings, and as far as I can tell he hasn't publicly acknowledged or explained the absences.
