Full Commentary on Weak Medford Police Chief E Mailed 11:56 am June 26 2022 FIRE CHIEF BUCKLEY

Medford Police Chief Buckley, Targeted for a Bribe Because He's Perceived as Weak

A Special Opinion Essay from Joe Viglione

"These are all good men and women," Jack Buckley told the city council on
or about October 1, 2019, before the Brady report was unleashed (by yours
truly,) hard evidence that the Chief of Police in Medford, Mr. Buckley, is a
pathological liar on the level of unconvicted perjurer Richard F. (for fraud)
Caraviello.

What the hell is wrong with the citizens of Medford?  Paying through the nose
for sub-standard work and stupidity.

Tell me this: If you saw Chief Buckley on the shelf at Wegman's would you
buy?

Of course not.  So why are you saddled with this disappointing appointment?

CHIEF JACK BUCKLEY WILL NOT BE PUTTING SUPERMAN'S CAPE ON,
NOT ANYTIME SOON!

OVERWEIGHT AND NOT-LOOKING-THE-PART,
WITH THAT CHERUBIC FACE
ONE WOULD EXPECT JACK ON YOUR TV SCREEN
SAYING "TIME TO MAKE THE DONUTS!"

Looking like the manager of your local Dunkin's rather than a confident, concerned and
clever city official, the address that gave you the UNTRUSTWORTHY OFFICER
likes of Stephen Lebert, Miguel Lopez, Greg Hudson, Shawn Norton, Shawn Hughes,
Jimmy Lee, Paul MacGilvray, Paul Covino, such a rogues gallery and sorry lot,
Uncle Dickie Lebert, exiled Detective Mackowski, and you actually pay
the salary of these allegedly untrustworthy individuals?

A rogues' gallery (or rogues gallery) is a police collection of mug shots or other images of criminal suspects kept for identification purposes.

Criminal mastermind (not)
ATTORNEY SEAN O’DONOVAN
tried to bribe a chief of police!

You only try to BRIBE a government official if you think you have a good
chance, if you have allegations of a weak chief who might cave in to the greed.

WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT WITH HIS 'THESE ARE ALL GOOD MEN AND WOMEN' QUIP, LIAR!

FROM BOSTON GLOBE:

Twenty Medford police officers were suspended without pay, and must collectively repay the city thousands of dollars, for violating the department’s detail policy while working on a public construction project last year, officials said Thursday.

Seven other officers were also reprimanded through a written letter as part of an investigation into allegations that the detail policy was not followed on the construction project in 2018, Mayor Stephanie M.Burke and Police Chief Jack Buckley said in a joint statement.

The statement did not disclose how the policy was violated, but said that all of the officers who were disciplined “received a prohibition on participation in details for various periods.”  SEPTEMBER 26, 2019 IN THE BOSTON GLOBE

AND BEFORE THE STORY REALLY BROKE ...EARLY OCTOBER 2019, Buckley is slowly
talking to the city council, lying through his teeth so badly
I thought he was French kissing the supreme prevaricator COUNCILOR Rick Caraviello by osmosis!

"These are all good men and women."

Till Joe Vig defeated disgrace of a solicitor Mark Rumley's ineffective flowery speech to get ahold of The L'Italien Report and prove Buckley to be the Grand Fibber to the taxpayers who fund his outrageous and
undeserved salary.

Buckley would rather talk to a bunch of White kids masquerading as Black Lives Matter
up at Tufts, purportedly, then to get off of his obese backside and do real police work.

So, sure, some crackpot attorney tries to reach out to the Buck with a bunch of bucks.
Twenty-five thousand of them to be exact.  And Jack Buckley FINALLY does the
right thing, a day late and a dollar short.

Breanna, the chief is no hero, he's part of a very bad system in need of replacement

No reasonable person would risk their law license and their freedom to do such an
outrageous thing like a bribe unless they thought they could get away with it.

Chief Buckley was the one offered the bribe because the optics are that
Jack can be had.  Those are the optics and they haven't changed.

Survey says: Jack looks and acts like someone vulnerable, allegations of a
mutiny potentially erupting at 100 Main St. and - allegedly - officers
looking for transfers (it's called "jump ship') from an individual who
is an abject failure as a leader.

Buckley was the one offered the bribe.

Clearly an attorney must have felt the opportunity worth the risk.

What does Sean O'Donovan know and who will he rat out to get
a better deal?  He must know something if he thought that this
current police chief had the potential to be bribed.

Why isn't this mayor asking the tough questions rather than praising
yet another clown show, like she did with violent ex clerk Edward P. Finn?

Oh, I forgot, we're talking about Breanna Polyanna here, someone
who never rocked a boat, not in her life.

My fees are reasonable, Breanna.   I can do the boat rocking for you.

Looks like I already have.
