Neighbors rescued, firefighters extinguish flames on high-rise deck near Revere Beach  REVERE, Mass. — At least one person was seen being loaded into an ambulance at the scene, but no severe injuries were reported among residents.

By 2:20 p.m., firefighters had knocked down the visible flames and were standing on the wooden deck, where they were dousing hot spots and opening holes for ventilation.
