A BANKRUPT MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ALLEGEDLY SAID THEY WOULD COLLAPSE THE CORPORATION AND 'ABSCOND WITH THE MONIES.' THAT IS FULLY LISTED IN THE COMPLAINT.
