Allegations of perjury and libel are being filed against the unclean hands of a board member of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
Along with the filing in district court, there will be a civil rights claim filed with the office of the Attorney General as well as a new public records request for information pertinent to the trial.
We welcome this opportunity to investigate the inner workings of the TV3 board and the financial records of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
Mark Rumley may be receiving a subpoena as to why he reneged on his agreement with the community to bring the financial records to the attention of the public.
Mr. Rumley was appointed to the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. at least once, possibly twice, by former mayor Michael J. McGlynn.
