Van der Kloot hot mic incident; former Senator Brian Joyce arrested and charged

Medford citizens deserve better .

A Special Report by Joe Viglione

Now that the public knows exactly how Paulette Van der Kloot and Robert E. Skerry feel about the public, both elected officials need to resign immediately

If allegations of impropriety got rid of John Conyers, then Leo Sacco, Mark Rumley, Mayor Burke and her lingering varsity coach scandal allegations, Caraviello, Dello Russo, Knight, Cugno and the other suspicious city officials all need to resign.

In this climate of resignations by elected officials and media personalities, it is time to hold accountable the city solicitor, the mayor and the former mayor, the city council president and vice president, as well as three former city council presidents, certain members of the city council and school committee, the diversity director and his predecessor, completely drain the swamp at Medford City Hall

TIMELINE - going back in time...

12/4/17  Van der Kloot and Skerry talk out of school about a woman, E.B., on open mic, airing on the government channel for all to hear

10/17/17  Police Chief Sacco threatens a victim of City Clerk Ed Finn's violent assault on the very spot where Finn assaulted the senior citizen.

Sacco lied to the community that Medford is a "safe" place to live, four days after Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted of rape on Friday the 13th of October.    Friday the 13th of January Leo A. Sacco, Jr.'s son was allegedly pulled over for alleged drunk driving and got no breathalyzer or field sobriety test, allegedly.   Leo doesn't do well on Friday the 13th

10/16/17  Mayor Stephanie Burke slams the gavel at the school committee to deny investigative reporter Joe Viglione to discuss at length the Attorneey General's office finding that Burke and Superintendent Roy Belson's "Chapter 74" board violated the open meeting law. That violation appears to be part of the scheme by Burke and Belson to hijack access TV away from the citizens and use it as their own personal soap box

10/15/17 At the opening of the "new" private access TV station, State Rep Paul J. Donato put his hand over to the private parts of city council vice president Michael Marks, caught on camera, 10:30 am exactly Sunday morning.  2 small children, allegedly the sons of John Falco, were in attendance, as was a student running the camera.   Mayor Stephanie Burke is caught on camera grinning at the sex stunt.

12/8/17 the news reports that former that former state Sen. Brian Joyce was arrested for "allegedly using his political seat for private gain.

Allegations that Mark E. Rumley, city solicitor, had an office on Spring St. with State Rep Donato to be a bill collector on Thursdays at Somerville District Court when citizens were under the impression that they paid for a full time solicitor were brought to light by former mayoral candidate Anthony D'Antonio.  D'Antonio has also publicly stated that he believes the superintendent of schools, Roy E. Belson, allegedly has a "casting couch."

We don't know if these allegations are true, or if they rise to the level of former Sen. Brian Joyce's offences, however, they don't look good, nor do they help the citizens of Medford in any way, shape or form.

Jenna Tarabelsi was purportedly / allegedly a political hire for Arlington Catholic High School, former mayor McGlynn's alma mater, exactly one of the parishes where the priest sex scandal emerged with Rev. Eugene O'Sullivan and another priest the kids nicknamed "grape."

1)Paulette Van der Kloot and Robert E. Skerry on the school committee were caught red-handed making disparaging remarks about a Medford woman prior to the 12/4/17 school committee meeting

Now that the public knows exactly how Paulette Van der Kloot and Robert E. Skerry feel about a Medford woman's First Amendment right to criticize the government, the unprofessional and vicious conversation caught on open microphone, open mic night, Ms. Van der Kloot needs to resign.

Van der Kloot is best known for allegedly twisting the arms of the school committee so that Roy E. Belson could get a new superintendent's contract, long after Belson wore out his welcome.

Mr. Skerry, a former fraud investigator for the government, also was on former Mayor Mike McGlynn's cable advisory board where, you guessed it, Skerry refused to look into the alleged fraud at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.  Bob Skerry joked "not that kind of fraud" or "a different kind of fraud" when he was asked why, in his position as school committee person AND cable advisory board member, he failed to use his skills to protect the cable TV ratepayers.

It was Mr. Skerry's cousin, David P. Skerry, who represented MCC TV3 and whose office, which included his son Brian D. Skerry, made a small fortune litigating against two of the most prolific producers in Medford.

Robert Emmet Skerry didn't seem concerned that his dereliction of duty harmed the citizens of Medford.  His biggest concern was spending approximately ten thousand dollars of your money because Paul Ruseau defeated Mr. Skerry...

2)Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr.'s son, MBTA cop Joseph Sacco, was pulled over on Friday the 13th in January, 2017, for alleged drunk driving. No breathalyzer, no field sobriety test. See Channel 5 Investigates.  On Tuesday, October 17, 2017, Chief Sacco threatened a victim of a violent assault outside the doors of Alden Chambers, Medford City Hall that he gets "the police service you deserve."  Sacco was infuriated that the victim told the city council - on television - about the Channel 5 story on his son.  He glared at the victim of an assault by City Clerk Ed Finn (6/16/15) almost on the spot where Finn slugged the senior citizen and said "Don't you ever come after my family."  The victim replied "Your son was on Channel 5.  Fair game."  The police chief then said "Sue me."   The City Solicitor emerged from Alden Chambers in time to hear the victim say to Sacco "See you in court, Leo."  http://www.wcvb.com/article/5-investigates-alleged-drunk-driving-incident-involving-t-cop-sparks-investigation/8631958

Who am I to defy a direct order from the chief of police?

Former state Sen. Brian Joyce was arrested Friday morning and charged in a federal indictment for allegedly using his political seat for private gain. (wonder if he was bill collecting on Thursdays at Somerville District Court?  Hey, Mr. Tomasone, do YOU know any lawyer from any city in SDC's jurisdiction that may have been moonlighting and allegedly ripping off the citizens???   Maybe Paul Donato knows...)
Joyce faces more than 100 charges, including racketeering, wire fraud, extortion and money laundering, according to the indictment.
