A libel-infested television alleged "program" by the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. defamed Medford residents.

Then the station was shut down.

Since the board of directors lied and cheated and even went so far as to put the station on 32 Riverside, where there was no connectivity - they have continued to act in an unprofessional manner.

Halloween October 31, 2016 the editor prevailed over more malicious abuse of process.

Where are the MCC moneys and these full-of-themselves "money managers" relying on what Ron DeLucia called "guilty of sloppy bookkeeping."

The Attorney General's office received a new demand for the MCC financial records.

If the AGO fails to comply, we will send a subpoena.

According to the 990-EZ tax form Pilleri filed with the Internal Revenue Service, MCC had $133,342 in cash, savings and investments on May 1, 2013.
According to Jacobson’s review conducted for MCC, the organization had only $95,555 in expenses for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2014, indicating a positive balance.
Jacobson said he could not discuss the source or MCC’s use of the $133,342 because of privacy reasons.
Pilleri, however, said MCC’s accounts are empty.
“Those figures are kind of skewed as far as what people believe they are,” Pilleri said. “We didn’t get any money for a long time. I want to say we only got one check in the first quarter of 2013. Those monies dwindled every month because we kept staying in business the whole year until September, October, when the city informed us they were pulling the plug.“
On July 7, Rumley sent Pilleri a letter requesting financial data from MCC and information about where it transferred remaining assets. Rumley asked to receive the records by July 24.
Rumley had not received records from MCC as of the Transcript’s Tuesday print deadline.
Pilleri, however, said Rumley would receive the information from Jacobson by July 24. Pilleri said he did not know exactly what information Rumley would be receiving.
