Joe, this is a pic of the carpetbagger running for Christine Barber's House seat in the Commonwealth. She has had her workers affix these posters on public property...this, as well as two others were posted in Columbus Park and were sealed to the posts in order to prevent them being taken down and or damaged by the rain. I believe they are no longer there and may have been removed by the city...not sure. Another politician who disrespects city ordinances.
