No Diversity Director Neil Osborne and City Hall Medford's Latest "Civil Rights" Scam -- and any of us minority people believing that they have some swampland on the Mystic to sell us...

 Medford you are being played.

The biggest joke on the citizens of Medford Massachusetts is the allegation that civil rights complaints are easier to file. Not with Diversity Director or whatever new name they are giving him this week, Neil Osborne, who collects his paycheck and shuffles paper as I witnessed when he and his Disability Commission were found by yours truly and the AG's office to have violated the Open Meeting Law.

Transparency and an OML violation what does THAT tell you??

Here's the Patch which can't...patch it up...as Medford is broken:

Medford has expanded options for filing a civil rights complaint. (Alex Newman/Patch Staff)

MEDFORD, MA — City officials last week expanded the means by which constituents may file civil rights complaints, including options to submit reports confidentially through the Office of Diversity or directly to the Medford Police Department's Civil Rights Unit.
Forms are available for downloading or for submitting electronically here, or by visiting www.medfordma.org/diversity. Constituents can also file complaints directly with the Medford Police Department at www.medfordpolice.com.
"A necessary part of the process of eradicating and dismantling racism is to call out and address acts of harmful hateful aggression," Neil Osborne, director of Diversity and Human Resources, said in a statement. "The availability of this form gives the City another tool and another lens to address discrimination within Medford." https://patch.com/massachusetts/medford/medford-expands-platform-civil-rights-complaints
