9:30 a.m.; Salem Street – A breaking and entering from overnight was reported at United Check Cashing.
3:46 p.m.; Lewis Street – A hit and run was reported.
7:35 p.m.; Ship Avenue – Illegal dumping was reported.  City councilor in drag fled the scene...
