And Mr. Rumley allegedly told a judge "no one" reads this media outlet!

Regarding the Advisory meeting of August 23:

1)Will this event be on television? and/or taped for the public?

a)if not, I intend to Facebook Live

2)Agreements with the public - i.e. "CORI" topic

The public's right to the cablespace, the free speech platform, is one that has been fractured for decades in Medford.  The threat of lawsuits, stalking, harassment and defamation of character is the rule, not the exception in Medford.

The fact that Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. is not in operation thanks to my relentless hard work and honest efforts is Exhibit A.  When a station manager goes to city hall and steals my company name, Community Media Medford, and ends up DEFAULTING in Superior Court, as well as having to sign a stay away order to keep from my home and a gas station, tells you all you need to know.

That "chair" Jay Campbell has zero experience in access television, is alleged to have participated in a "Great Debate" where one candidate allegedly got the questions in advance, the less popular candidate (Muccini-Burke,) engaged in ugly homophobic phone calls to attack her opponent (who had a homosexual cameraman sitting next to his wife, while Muccini-Burke's clearly homophobic husband, court clerk Brian S. Burke, calling the videographer a "motherfucker" and attempting to remove the videographer... clearly the homophobe was the less popular candidate (listen to the applause on the tape) Muccini-Burke.

Like Donald Trumpe, Mrs. Burke gets in, and she raids the $700,000.00 or so that I saved the city when my masterful removal of Frank Pilleri and Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. resulted in:

a)the violent board of directors of TV3 out of the picture

b)Detective J.J. McLean phoning me saying "You won. You won. And the city is better off for it."

So why did I have to volunteer my time and money to do J J McLean's job ($119,000.00 salary,) and Mark Rumley's job (approx. $102,000.00 salary, though much more now one would presume.)

Jay Campbell doesn't want to know the "history."  Those who ignore the history are doomed to repeat it the old saying goes.

Which brings us to this Cable Advisory Committee, Pat Gordon.

A Cable Advisory Committee is - essentially - a board that advises the issuing authority / municipality on how to negotiate with the cable TV providers and the access station's board of directors.  The Cable Advisory Committee should NEVER be the actual "board of directors" of a public TV station.  What happens is that you get city hall ruining the spirit of free speech, and a city lawyer who is supposed to guide and adhere to his oath of office and oath as a lawyer, being a crude, vindictive liar which obstructs free speech and the public's access to television.

Just put the words "Rumley repugnant" in Google to see a documented ten years of Mr. Rumley interfering in freedom of the press and free speech, and his Trumpian quote to a retired judge (the judge that found in my favor when I beat Media One (now Comcast) in Woburn District Court, identifying the problems in Stoneham and Woburn, where my show now airs, and a later headline in the newspaper - front page and in huge letters - JOE VIGLIONE BACK ON THE AIR" - SOMETHING that frightened the hell out of MCC TV3 , the board that Mr. Rumley sat on, a board that Mr. Rumley lied about investigating, only to turn it over to the AG's office.

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

Mr Rumley - if he believed that - would never have said he would investigate the board that he sat on!  It's as conflicted as Donald Trump taking over the Mueller investigation, but that's what Mark did and it is just plain wrong.

It also made what he said to Judge Jackson-Thompson a lie to a judge.  Too bad he wasn't under oath, but sneaks tend to do that, lie when they can get away with it.

THE RUMLEY PROBLEM

The Rumley problem is as dastardly as the Jay Campbell problem.

The Advisory committee has been a joke since its inception.  First Yvette fawns all over herself that Muccini-Burke paid her some attention in Muccini-Burke's all-white world of women running her Administration.  Look at the lack of minority people in the Muccini-Burke Administration - where are the openly gay employees, Asians, African-Americans - what, Neil Osborne?  Please - Mr. Osborne is to minority people what Mr. Rumley is to justice - THE ENEMY.  Right before I found Mr. Osborne's Disability Commission in violation of the Open Meeting Law Osborne informed me that he just sends his information "up the food chain" (to Muccini-Burke) and there you have it.  The racist mayor with her homophobic husband and the city lawyer as the poor man's Robert Duvall as the fictional consigliere to Michael Corleone (in real life, Michael J. McGlynn, currently the real mayor of Medford, the man behind puppet Stephanie.)

McGlynn loathes public access. Which is why you have no access TV in Medford, and a trio of exiles from the Keystone Cops fumbling and stumbling month after month as this ridiculously absurd "cable advisory board."

Krissy Fraser was a nice kid who has become full of herself and hostile.  Ben Brown was hostile until he traded up to get a job at a casino that is now suing victims of the Las Vegas shooting.  You couldn't script the insanity of Medford access television.

So Mr. Rumley wants a CORI check, not on people renting the building, not on the exiled Queen of Soccer in Medford, Ann Marie Cugno who parks her Mercedes in the fire lane outside of Medford Community Media, the name obviously lifted from the sole proposal when McGlynn put in the RFP for someone to run the station
http://www.communitymediamedford.com/   They just take my name and switch Medford to the front and VOILA, they steal my name just as one of the station managers waltzed into Ed Finn's office and filed that he owned "COMMUNITY MEDIA MEDFORD" (a station manager shouldn't be filing ownership when a board of directors is in place, but that's how Mr. Rumley "supervised" the children at the now defunct TV3) so that the station manager village idiot could illegally pull down websites that I owned, when he wasn't maliciously keying my car while I was at council meetings, or showing up at my home at 2 AM blasting his horn until I caught the license plate and the police informed me that it was the TV3 station manager)

That's the ugliness I had to put up with to shut down TV3, so the bullshit from Yvette and Jay Campbell, and the clueless Gabby Follett-Sumney is a personal insult to those of us who worked so hard to clean up access TV

Only to have a sophomoric city solicitor shooting spitballs like some tenth grader because, boo hoo, he hates freedom of the press when he's a public figure.

Grow up, Mr. Rumley, and recuse yourself

This Cable Advisory Board is as much of a joke as having a CORI check on candidates running for office so that Rumley, Muccini-Burke and Mike Nestor and Nestor's wife and anyone else who wants to take a peek can - ALLEGEDLY - get information on people running against Muccini-Burke in advance.

That's sick.

The CORI check is in place to DENY the public access so that Muccini-Burke can raid the money that residents saved the city, my team, my people, that saved the city the 55k that the gang of lunatics at TV3 were using and which Mark Rumley never ever EVER cared about investigating in a sane and logical way.

Welcome to Medford, Pat.  Jay Campbell is the scarecrow..."Golly gee I love Ben Brown, gee whiz, he is so great, this is great, this is terrific" oh shut up, Jay.

It isn't terrific.  It is a mess.  With Yvette Wilks too busy doing her makeup in the mirror "Stephanie loves me, she really, really loves me."  No she doesn't, Yvette, she gives monies to her lily-white administration and you and this homosexual minority male and other minority people do the heavy lifting for her highness who the Boston Herald called "other officiale" - Mrs. Burke couldn't even get her name in the paper - ha - with the photo op with Charlie Baker on the Greenline.  Too funny, except that Mrs. Astor - Muccini-Burke, has her clueless crew ruining access intentionally.

If Stephanie brought you onboard, Yvette, Gabby and Jay, it's because she's ripping off the community, not even letting people know about the Chapter 74 board - not the Medford School Committee, not the Medford City Council - none of them knew about it until I uncovered that creepy Paul Gerety and others were on a board allegedly playing with the money that I saved the city behind the backs of the council, school committee and the public.

Shame on them.  The AG's office determined that they violated the Open Meeeting Law.
The honest efforts of a public access host who started in 1979 (Krissy Favor...I mean Fraser's condescending "You told me that already."  Yes, Chrissy Knows Best, Krissy, I will tell you again.  Before you were born, young lady, I was interviewing A list guests.

Sheesh.

What a nightmare.  Rumley loves to lie about the library not being a good place for access (it is, and since the library has computers there, Rumley can't say using computers for access violates the agreement with the estate of the man who donated the property, but Rumley just wants to censor you) or John Costas truly "costing us" when he refused to let us use the driveway and the 2nd floor room at the Chevalier for access, or the city council refusing to strong-arm the mayor to install a van and two cameras all these years before the mayor hijacked our access TV.

What a sick joke perpetrated on the citizens of Medford

And a city lawyer who loathes the man who gave him so much assistance and help with his Rumley Report, promising to credit me, and reneging on his promise. What a jerk.

"I don't loathe you" paraphrasing Rumley

Mr. Rumley, we learned long ago to go by Rumley's repugnant actions, not his words to your face.

We learned that long ago.  Access stations laugh at Rumley's CORI check, tons of them that have discussed it with me.  But Rumley laughs all the way to the bank at your expense.

What a sick joke.  Pat, take Ben Brown's advice, find a job where you aren't a pawn of the puppet masters in Medford

Freedom of the Press - ???  - not with these gangsters standing in the way of access TV

Yvette - it's a gift?  Really?  No, the "gift" is the 100k the white ladies in the administration get when nepotism rules in the lily-white administration that looks like it is an audition for a remake of the film The Isle of Lesbos.

But that's my free speech that they DO NOT want on the air because, boo hoo, it shows that the city is run by gangsters, and Brian S. Burke saying "Get that motherfucker out of there" when I was videotaping political speech is what Paul Donato would say fractures "the most protected right" (political speech) --- as Donato takes his clothes off allegedly on a Friday night to run around the Russian steam bath in Chelsea, as rumor has it, laughing about how he helped the city stand in the way of access television.

What a sick scenario.  Jay Campbell doesn't want to know about the past, because the allegations against Mr. Campbell at the Great Debate are the same kind of alleged behavior that we experienced at the old TV3 Medford

If Jay wasn't such an alleged disgrace, he wouldn't be chairing what some in the community consider a fraudulent Cable Advisory Board...

But I know too much...

We want access television.  The ugly history of city hall being untrustworthy is why I have invested so much time and 15 plus years of my life into righting the ship.

In March of 2018 I informed Yvette and the new "board" that we need a one page agreement like Malden has or a two page agreement like Somerville has.  Yvette asked me for ONE only, which I got to the board, when I wanted to get her twenty.

At the last Advisory meeting she was scampering around looking at other indemnification agreements and such.  Four months later, Yvette, when I had it ready in March?

You see, this is the EVIDENCE as to why this cable advisory board is a joke.

The Keystone Cops in action
The Keystone Cops (often spelled "Keystone Kops") were fictional, humorously incompetent policemen, featured in several silent film slapstick comedies ...

God help us and save us from a gangster city lawyer and mayor and incompetents ruining our access TV that I could have had up and running when I pitched the city council all those years ago, when Pat Gordon was accepting my tapes at Malden TV.

God Help us and Save Us.  There are a LOT of infuriated people in Medford, and Mr. Campbell has pissed many of them off.

Jay Campbell wants to do a real estate show before he does real facilitation of programming...it's all about being a sycophant in Medford, and this veteran of access will NEVER be that.

I will be the guy who sets the ship straight.  Because since March everything I noted about Ben Brown, Krissy Fraser, Yvette, Jay and Gabby has turned out to be true.

Throw it all out, Pat, and let's start fresh.  The aforementioned crew is a joke in place to stifle and squelch free speech, to borrow Mr. Rumley's vernacular
