Medford City Council is set to vote for its own pay raise, again. These seven people on this particular council do nothing of substance. Just the opposite, Adam Knight attempted to push a campaign employee into the position of city clerk and was purportedly one vote shy of pulling that outrageous and potentially unethical stunt off! Mr. Michael Marks acted unprofessionally on October 15, 2017 when state rep Paul Donato pulled a vulgar stunt on him in front of a student and two little children, George Scarpelli was front page news - and none of it good - a failed chaperone at the hazing / sex assault in Otis Mass, Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. is absolutely useless, makes hundreds and thousands of dollars a year as a funeral director, yet voted in the past for his own pay raise, just extreme abuse of the taxpayers, ratepayers, citizens of this municipality. Look at the motions and resolutions, see how ineffective this group of seven individuals is under the ugly Plan A government. Would you go shopping and buy a carton of milk for $975.00? That's what you are paying for these jokers who take the summer off, who don't give a damn about you or your kids, your family, your home. John Falco pushed the awful anti-Veterans of Foreign Wars vote through on August 15, 2018 which hurt the citizens who vote at the VFW on Mystic Ave and which slapped all veterans in the face. Rick Caraviello attempted to use the criminal court system to silence a journalist, abusing taxpayer monies to try to censor an innocent man. Caraviello lost the criminal court case and now he and the city and other parties are facing a lawsuit or lawsuits. If you don't want to pay $1,295.00 for a loaf of bread, why would you let a freeloader and loafer like Adam Knight spend your tax dollars congratulating his friends hoping to get their vote by filing Congratulations after Congratulations. Adam Knight appears to be an obituary column stalker - he just seems to throw a dart, it lands on a person who passed away, and Knight will offer condolences, anything to get a vote, it is sick. The highly unpopular Adam Knight spends more money than any other council candidate...because he has to. The Medford City Council weasels out of its obligations to the citizens. Look at Public Access TV which doesn't exist in Medford. The City Council, under Plan A government, claims it has no power over the Mayor. They lie. They can hold up some of the mayor's plans and budgets unless she releases all the access TV monies for just that, public access. The councilors are as lazy as they are cowardly, and they are a bunch of cowards looking out for their own selfish goals instead of ideas and projects to better the city. Imagine getting to vote on your own paycheck, these selfish individuals aren't happy until they've taken every nickel they can while doing little or no work of substance. Stop the Obscene Pay Raise. If you don't sign this petition you are giving them a free pass on charging you $300.00 for a Snickers Bar. And they snicker at you while their left hand goes into your wallet or purse and takes ALL your money while shaking your hand with their right hand and laughing all the way to the bank. With your money.
