The public has every right to see how these officers of the law, who took an oath to serve and to protect, are suddenly invoking the Fifth Amendment
I do not know Officer Jones but if I were to hire a police officer, just reading this lapse of memory and invoking the right to remain silent, I am disappointed and discouraged. Why would anyone pay $92,285.96 to someone with such a faulty memory...not being forthright, and failing to adhere to his oath of office?
That Ex-Chief Leo Sacco, Mayor Burke, Solicitor Rumley and Chief Buckley think this is acceptable behavior is outrageous.
