Less Dysfunction IF a PROFESSIONAL like Joe Viglione
brings the access TV station to life.

List: Dysfunctional City

1)Angry ex-solicitor Rumley who didn't get hired as "of counsel," zeroes in on
Breanna at her weakest points: Neil Osborne and David Rodrigues

2)Aleesha Nunley Benjamin bails for Littleton;  A CFO, department head, leaving before an election?
https://www.wickedlocal.com/story/medford-transcript/2021/07/12/medford-cfo-leaves-toxic-workplace-created-mayor-staff/7885882002/

3)Election and Patrick Gordon: The clumsy TV3 station manager, one in a very long line of deficient directors, bails for Everett,
where David Rodrigues exited in 2015.   What election activity have you seen on access TV?

4)Mayor Brags...ooops, sorry, Marry Breanna brags that the Government channel has oh so much
attention.  What?  Few are watching!  The city hijacked the public access so there is no criticism whatsoever on the airwaves!
Happening in Malden where Ron Cox at "Stalker Central" has been accused of a "toxic atmosphere" just as Breanna
was called out for the Neil Osborne/David Rodrigues fiascos.

Have these individuals no ethics?  They take public money and do as little work as possible.

Alleged sexual harassment of a board member at MATV and two stalkers caught in the act.
And those are MATV's good points under deficient Mr. Cox, who spawned useless Pat Gordon,
probably in a petri dish!

This is NOT an endorsement of alleged mayoral candidates less-than-useless John Falco and the invisible man, John Petrella

There were so few viewers that desperate and obnoxious Patrick Gordon had to pull the numbers from the VOD page
as I was taking screenshots and promoting how ineffective Gordon was.   Rather than improve the numbers Gordon
hid information from the public paying for information.

But for Gordon to bail prior to an election, as Nunley Benjamin and Rodrigues have done is the kind of "crisis is opportunity" moment that Breanna Lungo-Koehn has failed to take advantage of.

Breanna appears to kick silver linings and golden opportunities to the curb.

When Mayor Muccini-Burke lost a boatload of people it was at the beginning of her reign of terror,
not at the election cycle.

5)The most Brady-infested police department in all of Middlesex County and the mayor, rather than go on a firing spree, leaves a bad taste in the mouths of voters and taxpayers by having a problematic police department that can't even efficiently arrest Adam Knight, vice prez of vice...oh, and, unfortunately
for you voter/taxpayer, the clown Knight is also the city council.

Such buffoonery!

Anyone sign Irma La Douce's petition to rip the medical masks off of toddlers during a pandemic?  Didn't think so.

Bad school committee people and even worse candidates out there to remove them with

Having Isaac B. Bears on the Medford City Council is akin to asking Archie and Jughead to handle Medford city finances.

It is so far off the rails one feels like they are in some comedy/horror flick.  Can this really be happening?  Are Medford citizens THAT STUPID to allow a cockamamie organization like Our Revolution compete with the current vermin at
Medford's Alden Chambers?

There is no conversation in Medford.  It's a one way street offered ...strike that...demanded by incompetents slithering into seats of power intent on securing as much taxpayer money to pad their pocketbooks with as humanly possible

Cyclical conversation vs Crucial Conversations
  cy·cli·cal
adjective: cyclical
occurring in cycles; recurrent.

Conversation   noun
a talk, especially an informal one, between two or more people, in which news and ideas are exchanged.

A crucial conversation is a discussion characterized by high stakes, differing opinions, and strong emotions.
Crucial conversations are often typical daily interactions as opposed to planned, high-level meetings.

A cyclical conversation is exchanging of ideas in recurring cycles.

Crucial and cyclical conversations are absent in the city of Medford

It is their way or the highway, just fork over more money year after year and shut up!

Where is the debate and the conversation in election 2021 with more candidates than we've
seen in a very long time?

What debate?  Debate?????
