The unimaginative administration follows the leader, prosaic Breanna Lungo-Koehn interrupts her self-administered boring policies by putting on her rose-colored glasses.
Sure, it's nice not having gangsters Mike McGlynn, his surrogate the daffy Stephanie Muccini Burke and hypocrite Mark Rumley ruining the city, but the big changes we expected dashed to pieces by Lungo-Koehn's toe-in-the-water finger in the wind approach to city government.
After all her years on the council she - like her colleague Muccinni-Burke before her, hit the glass ceiling and banged her head. Ouch.
Who pays for this? You, dear taxpayer.

...to Breanna failing to lift the ugly screening process to get into access TV, this mayor has a LOT of issues that make her every bit as dangerous as Stephanie Muccini-Burke, Mayor McGlynn and hypocrite Mark E. Rumley.
She is part of that awful system and lies in her promotional material.
