When Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke gave "the finger" to the firefighters at the wedding of the
son of the city solicitor, Mark Rumley, beyond the vulgarity was the stupidity, something a public
servant should not engage in. See attached photo of Malden employee Muccini-Burke's boorish
behavior. Why my friend Mayor Christenson takes the Medford trash in to Malden City Hall as employees is a
big question, isn't it?
We'll get to Everett alleged candidate Mr. DiPierro's similar foolishness in a moment,
and the damage it can cause as proved by the star of the new Flash movie, Ezra Miller.
The Muccini-Burke "finger" photo was published all over Facebook before an informant got
it to me.
Of course angry ex Medford solicitor, Mark Rumley, "consigliere" to exiled Mayor McGlynn
of Medford, didn't threaten to sue firefighters who allegedly posted it on Facebook, as usual,
village idiot Rumley threatened to sue me. Ho hum. Again. How does this help the public?
Keep in mind that I had retired Judge Yee throw Rumley off of a witness stand in Somerville
District Court for not being a witness. I was extending a restraining order on a crazed lesbian
stalker from Malden Acess TV. I prevailed, Rumley was embarrassed and the stalker with the
bloody meat cleaver had her punishment extended an additional 3 years.
I prevailed without one of my attorneys. Why do people mess with me?

Everett TV improved when racist Deanna Deveney was shown the door.
The Zoom photo of Deveney using foul language ("Mother-F-er" her choice of communication,) looking like
an alcoholic beverage was in her hand, on camera, not what you want for a public servant.
Deanna with her low self-image served herself. The city improved when she got the
boot. Stephanie Muccini Burke's accomplice every bit as vulgar as Muccini-Burke
herself. The finger? Futhermucker? What's the difference, right?
Public service? Out the damn window.
Which brings us to Ezra Miller in THE FLASH and Anthony DiPierro.
This critic gave the Flash a great review, despite the poor performance of Miller.
Objectively, I didn't hold Miller's public violent acts and stupidity against him, but his
bad acting drove me bonkers. Blame Justice League director Zac Snyder for hiring
Miller over the very handsome Grant Gustin (playing the Flash on the CW channel for
years now,) for making a bad political hire rather than giving the fans what they wanted,
Grant Gustin in the film version.
When a political hire like Deveney or McGlynn's friend Rumley or others get involved,
the city doesn't get public service. It gets infected with a virus.
Thin-skinned egomaniacs with little substance. Why didn't Solicitor Rumley get hired
by a big Boston firm? Well, when a Pro se like yours truly can have a city lawyer
bounced off of a witness stand with one word - "Objection" (Your Honor) OK, 3 words,
you do the simple math. Rumley got hired via his friend McGlynn, not on merit, in
my opinion, based on information and belief, and my own experiences defeating
Rum Rum when he had cockamamie excuses to the Secretary of State to deny me
the L'Italien Report. I won, as usual, and Rumley got booted unceremoniously by
Breanna Lungo-Koehn, who owes me a huge THANK YOU for doing what she wouldn't
do: REPEATEDLY PUBLISHING THE FINGER PHOTO PULLING VOTES AWAY FROM
CANDIDATE/INCUMBENT MUCCINI-BURKE
There are a multitude of reasons DiPierro needs to pull out of the race, Stat Smith.
Or just plain STAT. Like, immediately.
1)Ezra Miller's bad behavior, as with Anthony DiPierro's, tanked the film FLASH.
The Flash is on track to be one of Warner Bros.' biggest flops
of all time and perhaps one of the worst-performing superhero films in history,
things DeMaria is doing, but if the Everett mayor doesn't think he is embattled, he has
probably borrowed Medford Mayor Lungo-Koehn's rose-colored glasses, or
Donald Trump's incessant denial.
Mike McGlynn found out that nepotism is a good way to get booted out of
City Hall after 28 years. As much as I loved his old Uncle Gene McGillicuddy
(capital proper as TV3 nicknamed him "Uncle Gene," where I met GM ) I simply had to go to
Governor Deval Patrick and have him remove Uncle Gene as his appointment
(betcha Lt. Gov Tim Murray did that behind Patrick's back!) ...allowing
McGlynn to inappropriately control the Medford Housing board of directors.
Not anymore!
Mark Rumley jumped up as if in a court of law at the board meeting trying
to stop my question. "You, sit down," I pointed at him with camera rolling,
and like a naughty school boy I caught old Solicitor Rum Rum acting inappropriately again.
Rumley sat down!
Getting the message, Everett? Thought Mayor DeMaria would have learned after
unloading that insufferable jackass David Rodrigues, the good-for-nothing, oh
never mind. Ask the New England Aquarium what they think of Rodrigues.
Rep McGonacle, the city council, they need to stand up and denounce this
cousin of the mayor for acting like a juvenile delinquent and not doing his job.
Juvenile behavior is not public service, and racism in 2023 is reprehensible.
You cannot change the spots on a leopard, and no 10 week class on
"sensitivity training" would ever help hard-core hate monger Deanna Deveney.
It just looks bad, Mayor DeMaria, Rep McGonagle, it looks very, very bad.
Anthony DiPierro wants the job for selfish reasons, and that is not public service.
Ezra Miller wanted to be the Flash and got the job for political reasons. Look at the
damage Miller's private life has cost DC/Warner Bros. Does Everett want that?
Seniors I know are terrified that DiPierro will get in because he's in "the club."
Yeah, how's that working out for creepy Republican Kevin McCarthy holding
on to charlatan George Santos and his vote ....holding on for dear life.
But what do I know?
3)Betcha in that alleged 10 week course on sensitivity training,
DiPierro didn't learn how not to be a jerk while holding taxpayer
monies for his paycheck. Public service.
4)Here's what the Governor thinks of Anthony DiPierro
"He should resign! People like that should not be serving in office, it's quite simple," Healey said to applause from the audience during Friday's taping of Boston Public Radio at the Boston Public Library.
5)Here's what "cuz," Mayor DeMaria thinks:
His resignation came only after multiple community protests and then-Attorney General Maura Healey called on him to quit. Everett’s six-term Mayor Carlo DeMaria, a relative of DiPierro’s, never joined those calls, but in announcing the resignation, said it was “essential” for healing to begin in the city.
so now you want to go backwards, Mr. Mayor,
and have buffoonery, juvenile behavior and racism again infect
the city of Everett?
In the video, the mayor’s spokeswoman Deanna Deveney asks DiPierro to recruit “one of your dark friends,” according to the paper.
“I don’t have a lot of those friends,” DiPierro responded, according to the Globe. “I’m just saying.”
A note to Mr. DiPierro: People credit me for the removal of Medford City Council ex president Robert A. Maiocco (Maiocco threatened me with a metal pipe at a city council meeting; peaceful man that I am, I exposed the lawsuits against Maiocco at Wells Fargo. He never ran again.)
Two city councilors credit my letters to the FBI for removing Mayor McGlynn. Don't know if lil 'ol me got the job done, but I'll take the credit.
No doubt in my mind the finger photo got Muccini-Burke in exile, and I'm still awaiting a thank-you from Lungo Koehn.

Just because I have lots and lots of readers....
Anthony, it's all about power for you, when we need public servants to help us with crazy towing of elders in our community. They didn't sweep the streets yesterday, when they were supposed to. I complained and they did today, without towing a car. Inconsistent policy you need to discuss with your cousin. But please, stop campaigning, the residents get it, and they don't like it.
The Flash bombed for Warners just recently, and you on the city council would be a horrible thing for Everett.
