Foul-mouthed Brian Burke is a clerk of courts in Woburn.
The ignominy of having that shameful individual as the husband of a mayor is a huge black eye on the city of Medford
The rumors of Muccini-Burke family dysfunction permeate the fabric of Medford life.
From nepotism to downright bad social behavior, Stephanie Muccini-Burke juggles taking care of her family first with
privileges that belong to all of Medford, and her husband's very public wrongful conduct as many of us witnessed on
October 15, 2015 when he had the mouth of a proverbial drunken sailor, in front of seniors, at the Chevalier Theater.
Here are 15 reasons why we need a new mayor in Medford, Massachusetts

The opening of the private access station on Sunday October 15, 2017 (exact same date two years later of Brian Burke's
vulgar outburst at "the Great Debate" has a series of photos catching
Rep Paul Donato sexually harassing the then city council
vice president Michael Marks. The city rife with rumors that Donato
grabbed Marks' backside the week before at another public
venue (the VFW or Kiwanas club or some notable place.)
Mayor
Burke is caught smiling at Donato's misdeed as if grabbing the area of a
man's testicles and penis in front of two little children and a fifteen
year old student running the camera is a big joke. In this era of the
#metoo movement Stephanie Burke is exposed as the "charlatan" that WRKO
host Jeff Kuhner claimed the mayor was (is) on the airwaves.
Medford deserves MUCH better than that.
#14 High school teacher allegedly having sex with powerful politician's daughter.
On June 30, 2015 a teacher, now in Cambridge, was removed from Medford High School.
This particular teacher advertises on the internet for babysitting jobs!

Meanwhile
Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted of rape at the high school on Friday the
13th, October 2017, two days before Donato pulled his sex stunt at the
high school.

#13 Mark Rumley's CORI check
Does Mr. Rumley operate a law office separate from city hall on Spring St. rooming with Mr. Donato and his staff?
Allegations of the Medford city solicitor moonlighting, using his
taxpayer funded email on the Immaculate Conception church
website - and we have screenshots! (does Rumley get paid to work for
the Catholic Church and, if so, was his taxpayer funded e mail used to
obtain meetings, payments, etc? This needs to be investigated) - Mr.
Rumley appointing himself to investigate a board of directors that he
was appointed to where tens of thousands of dollars are not accounted
for properly, then Rumley dropping the investigation of his colleagues -
the city needs to hold Rumley PERSONALLY responsible for not watching
city monies properly - and what is an individual like that doing
touching ANYTHING to do with Medford city government?) So dishonest
Mark Rumley wants a CORI check on individuals who put a program on the
air at the PUBLIC TV station. This violates Rumley's oath of office to
uphold the US Constitution, but the crooked city solicitor doesn't give a
damn about that. Rumley was removed from a witness stand in
Somerville District Court on 9/1/16 for throwing verbal abuse at this
writer, a simple "objection" had the wicked witch of Medford removed
from the stand for what Judge Yee called "irrelevant" testimony.
Rumley's lip service found "irrelevant." Why is he still city
solicitor? when, clearly, Rumley has his own office and would rather be
somewhere else. Like Somerville District Court on 9/1/16 hanging out
with two members of the board of directors he as supposed to be
investigating rather than working for the taxpayers of Medford who pay
him so well.
Mark Rumley
took an oath of office, not to stand in the way of free speech, but to
facilitate it. Sadly, Rumley was on a board that harassed and sued
public access producers. Rumley's cowardice is equaled only by his
failure to be honest as the city lawyer. People fear Rumley as they fear
the Medford police. These individuals operate like pure organized
crime and that must stop.

Pay to Park - "free for seniors" was Muccini-Burke's campaign promise.
Yet she charged seniors for four years and lied to the community. Now
she is offering free parking after ripping off elder people for the
better part of 4 years!
#11 Missing City Hall doors, expensive wooden benches at city hall, copper at Medford housing, curbstones and manhole covers
Kim Scanlon in the law office wrote me after I had to make an appeal or
two to get information via FOIA - finally I get a note that
the city hall doors that were removed are "being repaired." Oh,
really? Would be find themselves "under repair" without my
public records request?

Mayor Burke's husband's alleged "hit list" and alleged quote "Payback
begins tomorrow." Thug-like behavior from verbal outburst
Michael Sullivan, clerk of courts, doesn't think violating the canon of
ethics is a big deal. Anyone see a pattern emerging here?

Medford police scandal. Massachusetts allows for dissemination of
names via Freedom of Information Act. There are loopholes that
city hall is attempting to hide behind which I do not believe apply.
Citizens need to know the 30 names - the 27 disciplined cops and the
three names in limbo, and why those three names are in limbo
This is public safety. Allegedly, Mayor Burke knew about this Cradock
Bridge scandal allegedly when McGlynn was in office and she worked for him. They are hiding behind the "personnel" wall, yet this
is a LOT more than a personnel issue, it is egregious abuse of
taxpayer monies and Mr. Rumley, himself alleged of moonlighting on the
city, and caught using his taxpayer-funded e mail in an inappropriate way, is front and center in this one. Rumley has had a
LOT of practice covering up wrongful conduct. What a shock that his presence was at the press conference, the city attorney who
was thrown off of a witness stand for "irrelevant" testimony.

Professional? Not looking like a drunken harlot!
Mother of the Year? Her finger matches her husband's profane rant in
vulgarity! How did their three children escape not being
taken away by the Department of Social Services? Did you hear the one
about a Muccini-Burke son not qualified for the all-star
team, but an allegedly indignant Muccini-Burke had a coach remove a
qualified African American athlete - allegedly - so that her
unqualified son could play the game he didn't earn, allegedly didn't deserve? Allegedly the coach quit in disgust.
The
firefighters have backed Burke's opponent, Breanna Lungo-Koehn.
Breanna is a great role model, an attorney, her husband owns his own
business, they are popular in the city, and - you know - I've never
worried about being called a cuss word by David Koehn - like when Brian
Burke viciously verbally assaulted me @ the Chevalier. So Medford has a
choice and the choice is obvious.
