A Massachusetts state police trooper is accused of drunken lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct next to a woman at a Gillette Stadium concert over the summer where police say he exposed himself, according to a Foxboro police report and criminal complaint.
Andrew Patterson, 32, of Lynn, is accused of masturbating and punching the woman’s boyfriend in the face at a Luke Bryan concert, the police report reads.
The woman “advised me that at one point the male party started masturbating next to them,” the Foxboro report states.
