Yes, Dark Fate (2019) is the third best in the series above Terminator 3:Rise of the Machines - which was pretty good (2003,) Terminator Salvation (2009,) Terminator Genisys (2015) but Judgment Day (1991,) and The Terminator (1984) are still the best 2, Judgment Day still the winner of the title.
