THE OFFENSIVE POST WAS PUBLISHED ON PATCH BY THE INDIVIDUAL ARRESTED FOR THE ALLEGED 'FALSE BOMB THREAT" - A COPY IS GOING TO THE POLICE AND TO THE COURTS IN A 'FRIEND OF THE COURT BRIEF' TO SHOW THE VIOLENT NATURE OF THE ACCUSED.
ALSO, THE PATCH ENCOURAGED A CITY COUNCILOR TO COMPLAIN AFTER THAT HIDEOUS THREAT WAS POSTED.

Thurs. Sept. 26,2013 Individual still violating the mediated agreement
Friday Sept. 27, 2013 Egregious and harassing post was finally put into "private" but is still available.
Victim had to write to the POLICE again before the video was put into private.
Had the police raided TV3 and Arthur Deluca and his accomplices on July 31, 2012 when Deluca started HIS hate rampage along with his offensive colleagues, that alleged "false bomb threat" would allegedly never have been made. But this victim has had very little help because of alleged obstruction of justice by the highly suspect Michael J. McGlynn

McGlynn's good friend who was arrested threatened to hit people with a hammer, punched my image repeatedly on TV3, posted a hate video against me which was only put into "private" today, violating the police agreement made 6/4/12 for almost sixteen months despite numerous complaints made to the police.

monies supposedly to facilitate programming. Instead he engages in hate

Protection from the Mayor? Zxxxxxxxi's criminal activities have been a blight on Medford life. He illegally uses TV3 to charge politicians money; if they don't pony up the cash, Zxxxxxxi smears them relentlessly under his warped idea of "Free Speech."

When will that individual that McGlynn is friends with be arraigned? One politician (not someone you would expect to be against the person who was arrested) wrote a very pointed e mail that he hopes the person goes to prison, calling that individual a computer "bully" and something that can't be printed here.
The victim list of that individual - from the budget director to other citizens and elected officials is downright chilling.
If this is a peaceful war against the bullies, the victims are winning and the tide has turned.

To Mayor McGlynn:
Zxxxxxxxi's facebook references a town hall shooting on Monday with a creepy quip "Take Note", the night before Frank Pilleri was removed by the police from Alden Chambers.
In the post 9-11 world, why is TV3's webmaster allowed to make references to terrorist activities when Zxxxxxxxi himself was involved on the attack on me dated April 27, 2010?
Add to this that Mark Rumley brought a police detail in to the Judge Jackson-Thompson hearings of 10-29-08 and that a police detail was present again on 8-6-13 and one wonders how our Mayor can allow these thugs - from Zxxxxxxxi to Pilleri - to continue their wrongful conduct.
Ron DeLucia approached me saying "You're a piece of shit" - which I reported to the officer there. Then, Pilleri and Delucia were out near my car after the meeting.
Is that fair?
