JUNE 21, 2012 mediation with Frank Pilleri at Police Station. Police had offered mediation with Matthew Page Lieberman but victim said that Page-Lieberman seems to have slithered off under a rock somewhere (paraphrased) and to bring in the big enchilada (paraphrased)

july 31, 2012  based on information and belief, frank pilleri used
arthur alan deluca to do the campaign of hate, violating pilleri's agreement.
Police were advised IMMEDIATELY that sociopath Deluca was merely doing Pilleri's dirty work.  Police were WARNED TV3 NEVER abides by court agreements and now, with knowledge that Pilleri's father was allegedly a Cambridge Cop and allegedly not very honorable, the arithmetic is quite simple.

21 days, exactly three weeks before his arrest,
the webmaster for TV3 said he wanted to hit someone
on the head with a hammer:'

AUGUST 29, 1:11 PM
 INDIVIDUAL WOULD BE ARRESTED IN JUST FIVE DAYS AFTER ISSUING A NEW THREAT: 

"If need be, I am ready to unleash a barrage of videos, blogs, police records and much more. "

SO MUCH FOR THE AGREEMENT MADE IN MEDIATION THAT THE ARRESTED PARTY NEVER EVER WOULD ABIDE BY!  JUST AS THE POLICE WERE INFORMED. this material will be included in a 'friend of the court' brief.


Wed.      Sept. 4,2013   INDIVIDUAL WAS ARRESTED
15 months to the day after mediation.

Thurs.   Sept. 26,2013 Individual still violating the mediated agreement

Friday   Sept. 27, 2013 Egregious and harassing post was finally put into "private" but is still available.
