The office of the Attorney General, Public Charities Division, will have an air-tight letter against Arthur Alan Deluca and Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. on their desks come Monday morning.
Plural. Desks. Multiple investigators.
Deluca, the disgusting individual who walks around Medford with a 2 wheel shopping cart and looks like a reject from the audition of Rowan and Martin's "dirty old man," is a serious danger to senior citizens in Medford. There are 5 VERIFIED seniors and one disabled person that we know DeLuca has harassed, and one of his accomplices has a court order to cease and desist from their threatening and ugly way of upsetting people in Medford.
The accomplice is from another city, but that's what TV3 Medford does, it recruits people to harass.
Over at WinCAM a staffer received harassing phone calls from the now-bankrupt Doria Alberg. She had no time to get off of her obese derriere and earn an honest living, instead she and Deluca were harassing other TV stations.
David Gauthier, the Executive Director of WinCAM received a vicious, nasty note from a juvenile delinquent, one of the ex "station managers" of the now defunct TV station, an individual, exactly like a younger version of Art DeLuca (you know what he will look like in 40 years...maybe DeLuca can leave him the shopping cart after the authorities put Dr. Rabies in the electric chair?) who not only sent a "tortious interference" e mail to the WinCAM e.d., one of the ex station managers, so inept that the station finally sunk into the Mystic river mud, just part of the Prankie DeLucia/Alberg mess, attack dogs who took our money and did the opposite of facilitating local programming.
Arthur Deluca and the younger version of his self both attempted to hijack two companies owned by this editor, the former manager spending your access TV monies committing fraud at city hall, filing for a company he did not own, molesting web pages, and the Medford Police did nothing about the theft.
Reportedly the two illegitimate mayors don't want public safety, they want to kill the messengers.
With an elder molester like Arthur Alan Deluca as their emissary, you understand why your streets are cracked, your water and sewer (where Deluca emerged from) and other services are lacking...
The only "services" in this city that are functional are from a gay undertaker who is socially inept,
