Why was the Medford City Solicitor, Mark Rumley, allegedly working on Thursdays over at Somerville District Court, ostensibly as a bill collector for credit card companies while citizens thought he was working for them?

SO if anyone finds inconsistencies with a city solicitor but Attorney General Maura Healy and former Attorney General Martha Coakley and District Attorney Marian Ryan have turned a blind eye to the malfeasance at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., thus far, and brushed so much of the problems at Medford Housing Authority under the rug, don't you find it odd that Mark E. Rumley was on the BOARD of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. and ...gee, whiz...he can't find any meeting minutes.
This editor asked, through Rumley, for Mayor McGlynn to appoint me to the board of directors of TV3. Now that would have meant you would have had those meeting minutes.
The Mayor put Phyllis Buccio-Notaro on the board and - voila - her car was vandalized and a soon-to-be twice arrested host of a Friday night filth fest called her, you got it, a vulgar term on the air to harass, intimidate and bully the mayoral appointee to TV3.
Ugly behavior that Mark Rumley couldn't mitigate. Indeed, Rumley's lack of action on behalf of the best interests of cable tv subscribers and residents simply enabled the disreputable board of directors of a 501c3...that Rumley was a part of.

Let me repeat this: Mark E. Rumley, who allegedly moonlighted at Somerville District Court as if Medford residents did not need a solicitor at 85 George P. Hassett Drive, was a member of that 501c3's board of directors of the embattled TV3 Medford.
Rumley is the attorney designated to oversee and investigate a board of directors that he sat on. Got it yet?

So let me get this straight:
Last night a board of directors that I was on was was reinvented into an egalitarian "advisory committee."
The board was vital at one point in time as the station was in transition, but it was time to reinvent the idea.
What this board member did which Rumley either refused to do (most likely,) or didn't care to do was to take meeting minutes.
So when you hear Rumley say he can't find the meeting minutes of Tv3, ask him why he didn't demand them while he was on the board. Wouldn't he be complicit in there being no records of a publicly funded 501c3? I don't know, which is why I am asking the question.
Then you have the funny business with the TV3 attorney being thrown off of a case and the victim's witness, Rumley, gives legal advice to the TV3 attorney, who only happens to be the best friend of Rumley's late older brother...
Then you have Rumley saying the Medford Housing Authority is a "separate body politic" and that he won't interfere, but Mr. Free Speech jumps up when I ask the pertinent question which removed the man Rumley - ostensibly - was trying to protect, major league scumbag Robert Covelle, brother-in-law of disgraced Jimmy DiPaola, late Sheriff of Middlesex.
"It takes a village to make a scumbag." Yeccch.
These individuals are connected to each other and it is absolutely disgraceful.
City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
If that is so, why did Rumley attempt to stifle my free speech about a class action suit against the city of Medford at the City Council.
Rumley was outraged, Mr. Free Speech stifling mine like a bully.
Why did Rumley try to stop me from asking Uncle Gene McGillicuddy the pertinent question that former Governor Deval Patrick certainly wanted to hear.

Roy E. Belson is fighting for his political life; he showed up at another 501c3 a little birdy told us, and Belson NEVER has shown up there before, we hear. YUP, Belson is terrified of Angela Moore, he's terrified of this blog, he's terrified of the signatures, and why would a millionaire want to be superintendent anyway?
Shouldn't he and his wife take a nice cruise and get the hell off the hot seat?
What is Roy E. Belson's motive?

We see Fred Dello Russo Jr violating his oath of office at the City Council, same with Adam Knight, so why has Rumley turned a blind eye to such obvious malfeasance?
It begs the question, if Rumley is so negligent with governing elected officials, does that mean that he violated his own oath of office?
Anne Irwin and Jenn Dever Wood have no contractual obligation to the citizens of Medford
What business hands over money without a written agreement?
It is a serious error in judgment given Rumley's failure to get meeting minutes
of a board he sat on and chillingly similar problems with Roy Belson who allegedly has a contract
Now comes the rumors Madame Mayor is MIA at city hall in Alleged Mike Nestor-fashion
State Rep Barber suggested we "let her get her feet wet". Problem is that Stephanie is waddling into the deep end and cannot swim
