Not only does Belson appear to have something on his bosses on the school committee, it's obvious that Nestor has something on the mayor.
Especially the Dept. of Public Works, OSHA governs the safety but Nestor, just like Mr. Belson allegedly having something on the school committee, Nelson (the Nestor/Belson hybrid) has something on the mayor.
What a sick city? McGlynn was once her puppet master, now her strings are pulled by Nelson - Nestor/Belson! Too funny!
Maybe it all has to do with the sex scandal.
