Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Mr. Nestor:

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)All emails, texts and audio or video surveillance recordings between anyone at the DPW and Medford City Hall or correspondence between any entities at the DPW between each other regarding "free furniture" or other goods allegedly picked up in Waltham and brought back to Medford.

2)Any gas receipts for mileage to and from Waltham for all of the vehicles used allegedly to pick up the materials

3)If the furniture was disposed of or sold, any photos, receipts or e mails, texts regarding the disposal of the furniture or the sale of the materials purportedly picked up in Waltham
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 25 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Sincerely,
Joe Viglione

I will be speaking at the Medford City Council on July 19th about FURNITURE GATE
