CITY HALL MEDFORD DOES NOT WANT YOU TO READ THIS.
THEY SWEEP THINGS UNDER THE RUG
In the affidavit the victim filed in Somerville, she alleges the sergeant sucker punched her in the face and tried to break her arm. In Lee's affidavit, he alleged the woman had placed harassing calls to his cellphone, and in his description of the confrontation he also acknowledges he unintentionally struck the woman in the mouth
during a struggle over a phone, in which she allegedly also broke the rearview mirror of his car.
VERY BAD BEHAVIOR BY PUBLIC FIGURES, PEOPLE IN AUTHORITY.
Does that look unintentional to you?
Eight stitches in the mouth alleged...EIGHT.
"Unintentional?" the officer of the law allegedly got out of his vehicle and escalated the situation

"Sergeant Lee, by vacating his vehicle at the intersection of Swan and James Street, escalated the incident instead of utilizing his training to neutralize the incident," Burke wrote. "The fact that a 'struggle' occurred was due to Sergeant Lee not leaving the scene and proceeding to the Medford Police Department [2 miles away] after his vehicle was vandalized by [the woman]," Burke wrote.
Why is the woman's lip busted open and not Lee's? Who is the aggressor?
The woman wrote that she then attempted to leave the scene, but was stopped by Lee, who said in his affidavit that he threatened to call the police. The woman claims Lee waved his phone in her face, prompting her to take it from him, she wrote.
As I held the phone, Mr. Lee grabbed my right arm strenuously and tried to break it as he twisted it and bent it over backward on the rest of the window/door as I screamed out in pain, she wrote.
