Why is there no attribution?

Is this an ENDORSEMENT of Senator Jehlen from the Transcript or an official press release from her office? Why is there no information that I can find about Leland Cheung in the Medford Transcript? Isn't the goal of the Fourth Estate to keep the public VERY informed about candidates for elected office

Jehlen also announced she has the support and endorsements of numerous labor organizations representing working people, including janitors, health care workers, laborers, building trades, teachers, firefighters and municipal employees.
“I am proud to have the support of organized labor,” Jehlen said. “I began my career as a community organizer, supporting working people who are struggling to make ends meet. I will continue my advocacy for unions, as I have my entire life.”

“This is an extortion case, with threats of physical violence,” Kaplan said. “They made threats, there was violence, and witnesses are fearful.”

The case against the Teamsters continues to roil Boston politics.

A member of city Mayor Marty Walsh’s administration was accused in a separate indictment of pressuring a concert series to hire unneeded union labor, and Walsh has declined to say publicly whether he has testified in front of a grand jury, according to The Boston Globe. City tourism director Kenneth Brissette was not indicted in the Teamsters case but did contact local restaurants to warn them about the picketing, prosecutors have said.

The case is being prosecuted by Laura Kaplan and Kristina Barclay of the U.S. Department of Justice.

The teamsters are represented by Timothy P. O’Connell, Kevin L. Barron, Oscar Cruz, Jr., Carmine P. Lepore of Lepore & Hochman, and Robert M. Goldstein.

The case is U.S. v. Fidler et al., case number 1:15-cr-10300, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
